Agents left us in the lobby for less than 2 hrs awaiting for documents to go.through. Our booking was not found on their system.The room was only a single room not 2 rooms as what it was says in booking.com. Bed sheets was not changed. Bathroom -toilet uncleaned. Airconditioned unable to control. The tower was run by security guards instead of a dedicated receptionist.
The lobby airconditioning was set to 25 to.27 degrees. Instead of cooling guess down. Will never check in again. Room has ants everywhere. Poor service
It was clean and good
The location was good as it was close to the Mall of Asia. The staff were friendly.
There are several issues with this property.
Firstly, it was advertised as fitting 6 people. There is 1 double bed and 1 sofa. The host provided a singular fold up thin mattress. This was not enough to fit 6 people, so it was false advertising.
The place was filthy with a line of dust next to the bed with rubbish left behind. Not something that is safe for a baby which we have.
The furniture is very poor quality with the table wobbly and one of the dining chairs already broken, one of my family members fell off the chair and hurt herself.
The host provided 2 towels but advertised the place for 6 people???
They also stopped replying to us after asking for more towels and how to throw the rubbish out.
This property is not fit to be leased out.
