Blissfull Two Bedroom Suite Near surrey centre

Just about everything, the first set of cement steps were crumbling then the walkway was about a foot wide with lots of rocks on each side and was hard to maneuver in the dark and I have issues with my legs and back so it was scary then then the hallway was covered in spiders and webs and then you walk in and there’s no door mat and it had been raining so the leaves and dirt got all over and he did not provide broom. The walls were dirty everywhere and rust all over bathroom old urine allover back of toilet would not stop running, it was literally disgusting in bathroom, The kitchen appliances were so dirty we had to clean them before using sink counter , table, the fridge doors were so gross and front of stove, didn’t look in microwave, there was a dirty towel in closet on floor of one of bedrooms, there were brown streaks on one of bed sheets, it was all so dirty we were scared to sleep in beds, he did not provide proper towels, he gave us a few worn out towels and no face cloths only one tea towel and dishcloth he gave us a previously old used sponge, when we asked for new bedding the next day as are Trip was to see our very ill brother at hospital, so I told him we need some towels and bedding, he did not bring when we arrived there after a long day at hospital and I kept trying to get hold of him for the items, he came around 1030-11 and put a couple towels and old rag to wash our faces and one sheet outside door, he pretended he was scared because I told him I was unhappy with situation and asked for him to return one night fee and cleaning fee as we had to go buy cleaning supplies to wipe things down he said he would return cleaning fees and I said not good enough so this is the route we are going.

The rental was not well equipped as stated on the website. Very minimal bake ware, no knives, no body wash, no wash cloths (host had to supply upon request).
Not super clean- large cobwebs in the bathroom and dust on shelving.
Ants appeared in the bedroom and bathroom, enough to find them in our luggage when we got home.
Hosts had a toddler that stomped back and forth across the floors until midnight, both nights we stayed.
Not a ton of parking- had to park on the street.
It was cheaper than other rentals but would not stay again.

The unit was not thoroughly cleaned, especially the bathroom and kitchen space. Would also have been nice if a work desk and chair was provided in the living room as shown in the pictures.

The place could use a little bit more cleaning.

Location was not convenient
Backyard was dirty

Felt like a cheaply renovated basement. Cluttered yard. Cleaning was sub par with greasy stove, mould in the shower, and dusty baseboards. No wall decorations
