Good hotel with super friendly staff
Pros:

Typical Hampton Inn hotel. Rooms are considerably large and pets are allowed (we had none). Staff is very friendly and supportive. Location directly at the interstate was perfect for us, travelling distance to DFW airport is about 1:15hrs. Great as a stop over after a long haul flight when continuing northbound. Breakfast was solid and typical with good opttions to chose from.

Front desk staff addressed me repeatedly with "Hon" and "darlin'". I'm sure it was meant to be as a term of endearment, but it comes off as patronizing and demeaning. Needs better training.

Every thing was great except for the pool being closed.
Pros:

Good location! Breakfast was great! Very clean rooms and lobby. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Pool was closed due to chemicals needing balanced. Very disappointed as my granddaughter was looking forward to swimming.

Pros:

We loved the clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room did not get cleaned because their cleaning staff is only scheduled to clean every other day. However we were able to get clean towels.

Mostly a good experience
Pros:

It was convenient to our travels and it met our needs, while living up to the fine Hampton standard.

Cons:

I can’t believe the front desk was unable to make change to purchase sundries or to tip the staff. The hotel lost a sale and a housekeeper had to do without a tip. I’ve encountered this at no other hotel.

Overall we had a pleasant stay Would stay again
Pros:

Beautiful, newer property. Very clean and comfortable Pet friendly ( most others in that area were not)

Cons:

Dynamic pricing which caused our 2 night stay to cost almost double than any other time ( including 2 nights of the same weekend-Saturday and Sunday stay was $200 less than our Friday and Saturday). I understand raising rates on holiday weekend 25% or so but almost double is ridiculous
