Stay was great
Pros:

The eggs were ok. I used to work the kitchen at a hotel. We used the liquid eggs and added a little salt and pepper and cooked in microwave. We used sausage patties. Didn't like the sausage. The waffle was great and the potatoes were good.

Lovely place to stay if you value clean and comfy.
Pros:

Loved how clean it was and how friendly the staff were. The rooms were very nice and bed was so comfy. The hot breakfast was really good as well. 0 complaints.

Cons:

Didn't find anything i didn't like.

Ice machine on our floor was broke and the room doors were so heavy and slammed shut so hard it woke us up every morning!

Left a little disappointed
Pros:

Clean room and clean beds

Cons:

Due to a system error (system crash the night before) the first room was not ready and dirty which is understandable ..the second room was clean ..no actual issue with the room itself ... The only reason we reserved a room for 2 nights was to use the pool before the kids went back to school but the pool was dirty and green .. when I asked the front desk all I got was a "I'm sorry.. nothing we can do".. they said it was cleaned 2 days ago but you couldn't even see the bottom of the pool due to how cloudy and green the water was. Ruined the whole point of getting the hotel with a pool. Booking said the charge was going to be 274 and some change but was charged 300.74 total at the hotel which is around $26 more and even my receipts says 274 only my bank account has the 300.74 charge .. so maybe a deposit or something. . Not sure but out of all the hotels surrounding the area I chose this one because of the great reviews and the pictures posted of the pool and we left disappointed.

Good hotel with super friendly staff
Pros:

Typical Hampton Inn hotel. Rooms are considerably large and pets are allowed (we had none). Staff is very friendly and supportive. Location directly at the interstate was perfect for us, travelling distance to DFW airport is about 1:15hrs. Great as a stop over after a long haul flight when continuing northbound. Breakfast was solid and typical with good opttions to chose from.

Front desk staff addressed me repeatedly with "Hon" and "darlin'". I'm sure it was meant to be as a term of endearment, but it comes off as patronizing and demeaning. Needs better training.

Weekend Getaway
Pros:

We loved the clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room did not get cleaned because their cleaning staff is only scheduled to clean every other day. However we were able to get clean towels.

Every thing was great except for the pool being closed.
Pros:

Good location! Breakfast was great! Very clean rooms and lobby. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Pool was closed due to chemicals needing balanced. Very disappointed as my granddaughter was looking forward to swimming.
