Good Location, value for money and Spacious.
Pros:

Spacious room, gym, meeting room and friendly cooperative staff. Rooms have balcony and very bright.

Cons:

Housekeeping needs to be improved. Basic towels/ linens / pillows are in short supply. Breakfast can be more healthier and wholesome.

Pros:

Spacious room, friendly staff and good location.
The staff was cooperative and friendly. Breakfast was basic, but freshly cooked. Gym and meeting room provided.

Cons:

Aircon had issues, probably the remote had a particular setting, only lukewarm water available in the shower, housekeeping needs improvement.

Food menu is limited. You can make more money by offering a more contemporary snack menu. Since most of your clientele are young. Can you imagine a busy Room Service menu? And night time services could be exploited. Functions bookings etc
