Clean, Worth to pay.
Pros:

Location is good. Rooms are a little small for 2 person but clean and I felt comfortable. The man from the entrance is very kind and friendly.

Cons:

Most of the staffs are not willing to help except the guard man from the entrance .

Location, lobby is good ...rooms, linen were clean

Cons:

The washroom smelled, you could hear other rooms flush, there was plumbing issues. Also bathrooms are small and made of plastic ( like in a train)

food was average, breakfast was subpar

Adequate breakfast with enough variety. Staff courteous and helpful. Location convenient. Clean rooms and lobby. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Small room. Bathroom tiny. No towel hanger/stand inside. No basic toiletries like toothpaste or toothbrush.

City hotel in a good location
Pros:

I faced WiFi connection problem in my device, which solved by the IT manager immediately. I had to extend my stay for one more night but the rate was bit high but the concerned staff (Subarna) managed to give me in discounted rate.
The housekeeping staff, the restaurant, the security and front office staff all are very helpful and well behaved.

Cons:

The bad smell in the toilet. Very noisy lobby. Few breakfast items was not tasty .

Rooms were clean but the restaurant was too packed and not upto the mark.. food variety was good
Pros:

Food was expensive but tasty..

Cons:

I called restaurant to make a parcel breakfast sandwich.. the person picked and said will call again... no call back. I tried for 1 hour, like was busy.. i had to leave for my exams, so finally checked out without getting it...

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Well located. Value for money. Nice Breakfast.

Cons:

There was one closed door in the room, I was a little uncomfortable about that. Also the restaurant was a little too busy during breakfast.
