Management and stuff !!
Pros:

Not much to talk about apart from location.

Cons:

There was an incident and not sure whether they lodged it as I asked and told they would investigate and sent me an email - but I still did not receive an email. About the Incident- I was struck in the lift about 5 minutes and keep trying to reach them pressing the alert button and no responses. As I have some suffocating, and breathing issue and I was really scared since not getting responses. That could cause a heart attack or something severe. After about 5 mins later a person came and release me out. My question is - if the lift is not working then why the management not put a notice then the people aware of it. I think the management is responsible being complete unprofessional. I would never recommend my friends and facilities in this hotel.
