Great location, very secure and nice space
Pros:

The location was great and the space was clean and comfortable. It was very secure and was nice to have parking available.

Cons:

The amenities was not as expected. We had a family of five and only had one small shampoo to share. Only one person could shower at a time because of this. Also, there were four very small soaps the size of silver dollars. Again, for a family of five, this was not sufficient to shower and wash hands. The soaps were smaller than most hotel chains.

Pros:

A localização é muito boa. A proprietária nos cedeu cordialmente o check in antes do horário, o que foi muito bom, pois estava chovendo muito. O apartamento é bem completo e confortável.

Cons:

A descarga do banheiro principal precisa ser melhorada.

Relaxing and convenient stay
Pros:

Very spacious and comfortable for staying with kids. The location was very convenient both for driving to the airport and for getting to the old town. Escambron beach was great and an easy walk; we could also easily walk to several restaurants.

Cons:

It was great that the apartment has free parking, but the parking lot was seven levels underground and difficult to navigate with a large car, so it didn't make sense to use the car during our stay.

Our flight arrived early in the morning and the owner allowed us to drop off our luggage. Prior to check in. It was very much appreciated.

Highly recommended and extremely comfortable lodgings!
Pros:

The condo was wonderful. Great view, clean, comfortable beds with everything you could possibly need for the close by Escambron beach. Washer, dryer, coffee maker were also greatly appreciated. The living room is sooo comfy!

Cons:

The only minor complaint is the parking on the lowest level of the garage with six or seven very tight turns is inconvenient enough to discourage driving short trips.

Reasonable priced spacious apartment, good for two couples.
Pros:

The space was very good for two couples, lots of space, clean, comfortable.

Cons:

No real sea view. Would like more connection with staff— ability to recommend places to eat, things to do. At least a guide to the area. Location is not really near anything.

It was a great place to stay for a night before heading to the airport.
Pros:

Walking distance to many restaurants or a quick uber to nearby restaurants

Cons:

With all the windows there is a lot of street noise. If your a light sleeper this wouldn’t be ideal

Pros:

Location is excellent. Kitchen is fully stocked.

Cons:

Missed having body wash and lotion. There are no screens on windows that are left open after a shower.

LOVED the view and the swing

Cons:

Very very loud both from outside traffic and other tenants. The parking garage was a little difficult to navigate at first. In the photos for the listing it showed 2 swings, however there was only one.
