Great location near to the place we would like to go and visit.
The host could send all the information regarding check in in one message/instruction instead of separate messages day by day. We would recommend to have another curtain in the bedroom since the blinds have gap and the sun rays woke us up in the morning. The shower needs fixing. The sofa in the lounge needs fixing/replacement, it’s a sofa bed however, it’s broken and it slides and doesn’t stay shut. Lastly, we came in the condo with no wifi till the next day. We had to follow up and push the owner to fix it by telling that all the places we’ve been have wifi aside from their condo. Although, they provided a complimentary tickets to access the pool however the pool doesn’t get so much sun. Good time to catch the sun to tan is between 11am til 1pm only. On the positive note, it is in good location near to the other cities.

De host dacht goed met ons mee over mogelijkheden betreft in- en uitchecken.
We moesten nog bijbetalen om van het zwembad gebruik te maken, maar dat zijn de regels van het gebouw, dus kan de verhuurder niet zoveel aan doen.

La posizione era ottima per scappare dal caos di Manila e restare ad una distanza fattibile dall'aeroporto. Vicinissimo al Greenbelt e condominio davvero bello!
Everything was great, Very clean and tidy, Great of the city especially at night.
The only issue we had was Internet. That was out of the host's control. It was a large area of the city that had no Internet. We were able to use data on our phones as a hotspot.

Our stay at the Homey 1-Bedroom Apartment at Air Residences in Makati was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and had a cozy, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax after a day in the city. It’s conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making everything easily accessible. Getting to the Mall of Asia was approx 400 pesos each way via Grab. What truly made the stay exceptional was the outstanding host—attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”
Having a few extra towels available would be a big help, especially for guests with long hair who may need more than one.
This is such a gem of a find I loved my stay and I could have found myself living here! Thank you to the host for being so responsive and for the pool passes this was an added treat for me. I have mentioned about my stay to friends who are also travelling as I loved it very good value for money.
Accessible,cosy and clean.The unit meet my standards of a safe and comfortable place to stay.I will definitely consider to stay here again the near future.
I won’t say I did not like, I rather say it’s more comfortable having a meal with a proper table and chairs although you don’t have enough room.
