The continental breakfast was subpar

There was a lot of mold in the pool area, the gyms were not available, and there was also mold seen on one of the walls in the room...

This place was not good at all. In fact, 15 mins of being in the room, we packed up and left, went to a different hotel. The lobby smelled awful. Where my room was, scary!! It was across the way. The hallway was nasty, gross smell. I dont think the carpets were ever vacuumed..the stairwell was scary. I did not feel safe. I got in the room and it had a musty smell. So small. In fact the bed was hand distance from.the kitchen sink. The front of the cabinets had "stuff" splattered on it. The refrigerator had broken.shelves and the freezer was so old. I felt like I needed a blue light for the bed. I was actually afraid to sit on it because of bed bugs. I went back to the front desk explained everything, showed pictures I took. She tried to offer me a new room bit it was not much better. I politely declined. She would not refund me my full amount..I will.be contacting the corporate office tomorrow. The entire place, even outside was not very safe feeling.

Security doors were not secure

The registering staff was non helpful, a bit rude and wrong about the information he provided me.

No elevator, homeless person sifting through the cans outside the room between the pool and lobby.
Beds were musty smelling.

I did not like the sketchiness of the neighborhood and the people that the hotel attracted-Most people lived there full time. it was very dirty, in horrible rundown condition in the halls and rooms, it smelled like marijuana throughout the building and I just felt generally unsafe and disgusted with the condition of the room and facilities

They would not honor the price that booking.com sold the room to me for. They wanted 12x the amount that I had reserved the room for. There was other guests asking for refunds because the 3rd room they had been given to try. Was still Soo bad that they realized that no room is going to be clean or have a working ac.

I wish that the room was cleaner and then like the bathtub and just the hotel needs to be updated the rooms look like they’re outdated staying. The ceiling was falling apart above our bed and in the bathroom and it just looks like someone smokes in there that’s the color of the room and it did not reflect how many stars they got in the breakfast was disgusting because he wants to eat hotdog for breakfast with eggs that look like they’ve sat too long.

The smell of the hallways, the spider in the tub, the booger on the hand towel. The breakfast was minimum with not many options. The parking lot/area of hotel had questionable people. Possibly homeless and drug related activities.

The lack of internet caused major issues: long check-in times, room keys that didn’t work, and staff having to step outside for a signal. The suite had an oversized fridge awkwardly placed, no kitchen utensils or dishes, and a noticeable mildew smell. The breakfast selection seemed minimal and the quality could be improved.

It was unsecured,TV didn't work, telephone didn't work, hotel was under construction n they charged me a full expensive price.I asked for a discount n they said they don't do that.
