If you advertise having a pool, have it clean and swimmable.
Pros:

The staff were nice. The location was convenient. There was a continental breakfast.

Cons:

The pool and the pool room was ice cold.
The shower was cold.
The rug was tattered and torn .
The curtains did not close correctly.

Will not be staying here again would actually like a refund

Inside the lobby, it looked absolutely beautiful

Cons:

I am nine months pregnant and I booked their specifically to use the swimming pool and be able to take a hot bath as I do not have a bathtub at my house just a shower. The bathtub did not have a stopper to hold the water in the tub so I was unable to take a bath in the pool was legitimately green. You couldn't see the bottom. Also, my fiancé fell coming out of our room due to a mopped floor. That was very, very slippery and ended up going to the hospital without an incident report because the person working refused to do an incident report and tried to say that the floor was not mopped, even though we have a video of the whole floor mopped.

60 degrees in pool.
Pros:

Easy on /off highway. Good location.

Cons:

Pool freezing. Would have stayed elsewhere if I knew if was only going be 60 degrees! Kids love to swim and needed to swim to get energy out.

Regular tienen q mejorar la calefacción de la piscina y el desayuno

La locación y los empleados muy buenos y atentos

No me gustó q no tienen calefacción en la piscina estaba demasiada fría no se pudo bañar uno por que no se aguantaba el frío de la piscina el desayuno tambn estaba regular estaba todo frío y sin sabor
