The place needs to be throughly cleaned and enforce no smoking
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It smelled like cigarettes through out the building. It didn’t have a fridge but had a microwave.

Definitely a cheap hotel
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and really nice, A+!

Cons:

There was a lot of mold in the pool area, the gyms were not available, and there was also mold seen on one of the walls in the room...

Don’t forget to ask about the free henna!
Pros:

This is clearly an older hotel that is in the process of being updated, but the value for the price is excellent. The pool was open and heated; however, the room itself was quite cold, so I found myself wearing a winter jacket while my child happily swam. Even so, I really have no complaints. The staff was friendly, and the hotel has an on-site bar and restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. You definitely get what you pay for here—and honestly, a bit more.
Breakfast was complimentary, and instead of the packaged muffins I was expecting, it was a full breakfast complete with a waffle maker. The facility is clean, centrally located, and even has a washer and dryer on site that accepts tap-to-pay. The ocean is about 15 minutes away, and the casinos are roughly 25 minutes away.
During our stay, we had breakfast at Norm’s Diner, which was impeccable, and caught a movie at Mystic Luxury Cinemas. Buying tickets online was easy, we picked our seats in advance, and the recliners—even heated—were incredibly comfortable.

Did not stay, went to a clean, safe hotel about 4 miles down the road

This place was not good at all. In fact, 15 mins of being in the room, we packed up and left, went to a different hotel. The lobby smelled awful. Where my room was, scary!! It was across the way. The hallway was nasty, gross smell. I dont think the carpets were ever vacuumed..the stairwell was scary. I did not feel safe. I got in the room and it had a musty smell. So small. In fact the bed was hand distance from.the kitchen sink. The front of the cabinets had "stuff" splattered on it. The refrigerator had broken.shelves and the freezer was so old. I felt like I needed a blue light for the bed. I was actually afraid to sit on it because of bed bugs. I went back to the front desk explained everything, showed pictures I took. She tried to offer me a new room bit it was not much better. I politely declined. She would not refund me my full amount..I will.be contacting the corporate office tomorrow. The entire place, even outside was not very safe feeling.

I definitely would not stay here again or recommend it

I liked the affordability, pet friendly atmosphere and room amenities.

Cons:

I did not like the sketchiness of the neighborhood and the people that the hotel attracted-Most people lived there full time. it was very dirty, in horrible rundown condition in the halls and rooms, it smelled like marijuana throughout the building and I just felt generally unsafe and disgusted with the condition of the room and facilities

Pros:

I would never stay here again. They told me my booking was the night before and I lost my room. I got a substandard room and they tried to charge me double and blamed it on Booking.com

Cons:

The registering staff was non helpful, a bit rude and wrong about the information he provided me.

Pros:

Front desk asked for $100 deposit be split half cash or all cash and pushed the issue. We were not comfortable giving cash.

Cons:

No elevator, homeless person sifting through the cans outside the room between the pool and lobby.
Beds were musty smelling.
