Pros:

It was very clean and everyone was very nice. It was close to the class I was taking so it was a convenient location.

Cons:

It was dated but that's what reflects in the price. I had a non-smoking room but it still smelled like old cigarettes. Over all I would still stay again!

Poorly maintained property and awful customer service
Cons:

The hotel is very rundown, not clean and the man at the front desk gave my husband a very hard time when checking in. I booked the reservation through booking.com put it on my credit card but put my husband's name on the reservation. The staff would not let my husband check in because they said they needed my ID. My husband's name was on the reservation so that should not be the case, after almost an hour of ridiculous arguments he finally let them check in. They experienced poor service and as I mentioned the hotel is not maintained well, not clean and very uncomfortable stay for them. We will never book this hotel again.

Compared to places in the area for the price point during high travel season better than others.
Pros:

The breakfast exceeded our expectations - much better than the usual pre-packed standard items -
the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the handicapped parking, as well as the bathroom equipment met our expectations.
TV worked fine - Internet access was available, but not used by my wife and myself. I would stay there again for a one night stop over.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallway to the room was quite old, and appeared to be needing a deep cleaning - but with shoes on there should be no problem - the room was clean.

A great value for the money you spend!
Pros:

The access to restaurants, shopping, banking and grocery stores makes this a super convenient place to stay. Proximity to beaches and other towns with tourist attractions make it a great stay too. The bed is comfy, the continental breakfasts on point, and the cleaning staff are very attentive. The front desk staff were also very courteous, kind, and helpful.

Cons:

Can’t think of a single thing.

Excellent stay 🎯 💯 out of 💯
Pros:

Stayed at Regency Inn and suites, with my family, spacious, clean rooms, complementary continental breakfast, fresh waffles, best Indian food, and drinks at the restaurant, tattoo artist is a nice addition, my kids loved it and made our stay memorable

Good value and convenient for our needs.
Pros:

Very well kept. Staff very personable and welcoming. Wanted to be of assistance to make stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a above what was offered at some other places we stayed.

Cons:

in the handicap room bed was very difficult to get into easily and without help.
