Service was absolutely appalling. Worst I've ever experienced. Beds fairly uncomfortable & poor lighting in the rooms.

Had a ground floor room in the courtyard at the rear of the hotel; nice quiet area, had a good night's sleep. It was a good sized room with a really comfy bed.

the food was good breakfast sausage was to die for staff helpful but service was up and down room was great and clean
bathroom was a little unusual hard to sit properly on the toilet very cramp other than that perfect

Heavy duvet too hot for time of year. Breakfast could have been hotter. Party of 10 requested and confirmed seating together, this did not happen

Lovely rooms with comfortable bed and nicely decorated. Food was wholesome and good value. Staff friendly and cheerful. Great location right in Masham square, easy access to shops and eateries. Parking close by. Really quiet given its location to the town

The location was excellent for exploring and choices of pubs for great beer and food. The staff were really helpful although they did appear under pressure to accommodate the number of diners. However food was excellent with very good breakfast.
The staircase up to the bedroom could do with a lick of paint and new carpet as grubby.
