Adventure in the woods @ Seven Springs

So where do i start. Overall, we thought the property was dirty and we felt violated and stressed the entire stay. We got there at 3 and the owner was standing in the apartment still and asked us to give him more time. He even offered for us to be able to stay later. Then things got weird...
Cleanliness: We finally got in at 3:45 and the entire place smelled like a strong chemical. We had to open the windows and doors to air out as our eyes were literally burning. The place looked neat untill you saw that nothing was wiped down or cleaned. The toilets still had hair and grime on them and the counters were dirty, there was a huge sticky mess in front of the couch and the love seat had a very peculiar stain at the front edge of the cushion. It felt so gross.
Uncomfortable: Around 6:00 we get a man banging on the door who stated that he was scheduled to be in the apartment that day too. He told us that the owner told him there was a fire and he couldn't stay there. This was after he drug him along all the way to coming there and packing his car with two days of groceries and buying tickets to a party near by (his nightmare is another whole story). Come to find out we paid twice as much as that man did and then it made sense. After that encounter we felt like we were trapped. We felt like we couldn't even leave the house or someone else would come and throw our stuff out. We quickly went and got our kids and cut our evening plans short.
Even more disturbing: Around midnight my wife went to bed in the master bedroom and we noticed a light bulb different from all the others. After investigating I beleive it was a camera bulb. My wife was crying, she had changed and been showering in the room already. We contact the autorities and are still hoping for some resolution. My wife did not feel comfortable at all sleeping in the house. Around 1:30 am we woke up to the front door wide open. I had shut locked and deadbolted it. We didnt sleep the rest of the night.

The remotes for the tv were a little
Confusing because some of the remotes for the livingroom were in the bedroom.
The concern was the mark on the couch that was there when we got there but coved by a blanket.

Guest bathroom; we couldn’t figure out how to get the bath to work.

It only had one window air conditioner unit. It was very warm once we arrived, but did eventually cool off once we had the unit run a little.

The shower turn on piece needs to be published. The renter should not have to play a game of contact in order to take a shower.

The living room TV speakers were working funny. This did cause us to have to entertain at night differently.
