كل شي حلوو الفيو عجيب وغرفه واسعه وطبخنا فيها كان جميل وقريب من واجد مطاعم شي مطاعم هنديه ممكن المسلمين ياكلو منها وف محلات ممكن تشتري منها اشياء واجد من خفايف او للطبخ

ما عجبني ان ما متفاهمين ابد رغم قلت لهم بجي من سفر 6 ساعات ومعي اطفال ورضيع عمر اقل من اسبوعين ولما يتفهمو ان يدخلوني شقه من وقت ولا حتى بمبلغ مالي واطريت انتظر برع شقه لا اكل ولا ماي ل4 ساعات ..بختصار اذا بتحجز هلكمان تاكد تاكيد تام ماراح تدخل قبل س3

Pros:

I like the facilities and service provided.

Cons:

The tv was so blurry till I could watch movies or match clearly. Very disappointed on this point.

Pros:

Two big beds together in the living room. You can combine both if you have big family.

Convenient to go to the street nearby. But u need to know how to go. It's at level 5. Good if the host can emphasise on this.

Cons:

Bit dusty.
Only one toilet, can be access from masterbed room and living room. But The door knob from living room is not working.

Not too bad for the money you spent

Good communication, clean house , good facilities

Cons:

Location is a bit hard to find, worst parking as not fun to going around just to look for associated parking lot, took us 40m to find it. Also hard to find where the key stored

Pros:

Very easy to check in due to detailed video as instructions. Easy to find parking spot and apartment. Good facility and utilities provided. Complete with all the complementary items such as soaps, towels etc. Extra bed also given.

Cons:

Quite difficult going around the building due to only 1 card given to use the lift.

VERY BAD! Worst accommodation experience ever. Dirty unit, no quality control and poor mgt support

Upon arrival, we found the unit to be in an unacceptable condition:
• The upper part of the living room cabinet was covered with dust.
• The floor was sticky and appeared not to have been properly cleaned.
• The kitchen utensils were dirty and had black stains on them.
• The air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and kitchen hood were not working.
• One of the bedrooms had a bird/insect nest.
• There were many other cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the unit.
I immediately contacted the property and was repeatedly asked to wait. After approximately 20 minutes, they sent a cleaner with a duster to clean the dust in the living room. However, I rejected the cleaning service because my elderly parents, child, and baby were already inside the apartment. This is highly inconvenient and unacceptable. Cleaning should have been completed before guests checked in, not after arrival.
I then called customer service and requested a change of unit. Unfortunately, I was informed that no other units were available. I was also told that the maintenance staff was on leave and that the cleaner would try to assist with the air-conditioning issue. As I had no alternative accommodation arranged, I had no choice but to remain in the unit.
While waiting for assistance, we discovered that the main electrical supply was not functioning properly, and there was no Wi-Fi signal at all. We eventually restore the power supply ourselves. My family was left in a hot apartment for 1 hour+
Even all the above issue were resolve for temporary and we have no choice to accept it. I have not received any satisfactory response or effective support from the property. We- child, baby, and I have had to endure significant inconvenience throughout our stay. We were also unwell with flu symptoms during the stay,
