Location is good.

Cons:

Apartment is totally different from the photos.
The whole apartment is full of dust. Dust around bed, curtains and throughout. Obviously no clean up for weeks or months.
Toilet not properly clean. Full of stain and even hair around the toilet bowl.
Some lighting is not working.
Host is not responsive when I tried to call and text when my card was not working for accessing the lift.
