The hotel has great potential. But seems abandoned.
Pros:

Best location in Kyrenia. But the hotel is begging for a major renovation. It could be the best in all of Kyrenia.

Cons:

The rooms are very small. But considering the age of the hotel, it would've been acceptable if the rooms and the whole property received a major renovation.

Hot room because hotel turns off AC in November, bitten by mosquitos all night as had to open balcony door to cool down
Pros:

Friendly staff and good location.

Cons:

We got a triple room and it was a warm night. The hotel turns off the AC for the winter months (according to front desk) but in November it still wasn’t very cold. We had to open balcony door and immediately got mosquitos buzzing around and biting us. The third bed was in a small area between front door and balcony door which was uncomfortable to pass by and to open balcony - and that person was first bitten! No fitted sheets on beds so when you move sheet comes off and you’re sleeping on the bare mattress.

Location great . Good views. Lovely pool good staff

Cons:

I booked a room with double and a single as was sharing with my brother however we ended up with two singles close together.
The whole hotel needs some attention , plastering n painting shower wasn’t clean

Well where do I start. How do you vet these hotels as it was shocking.no bottled water in the room, doors falling off hinges, shower door didn't close. Shared the room with an ant colony. Only saw 1 member of staff. She did what she did in her own time. No bar, no food, no breakfast choice when you eventually found her for breakfast which omg awful. building was derelict though it was falling apart. I think the pictures were taken when this was first built. In all honesty this is my first booking.com booking and could possibly be my last if all your hotels are like this. Totally totally shocking WE should have been paid for staying there! And I'm not joking when i say I would not leave my dog there overnight a kennel has better facilities.
