Highly recommend. Close to Euston station but still really affordable. Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

It was affordable in an extremely convenient location. The facilities were clean and practical. Hannah was a helpful host who provided clear instructions and was easy to contact.

Okay stay if you are out most of the time
Pros:

The location was well located

Cons:

The rooms was incredibly warm and it was quite loud during the night. The room was very small, maybe 40cm along side the bed with two side right at the wall. especially for two people staying there we could barely move in the room, there was no place to leave to luggage. I cant imagine the room was actually 11m2
The shared bathroom was more difficult to handle than expected, its only one bathroom with a shower for i think 5 rooms, so its not a good shower to guest ratio

Logement pratique et bien situé
Pros:

L’emplacement, l’accès facile, la mise à disposition d’un ventilateur avec la grosse chaleur, de quoi mettre une boisson ou des aliments au frigo, une bouilloire, des gobelets et dosettes très appréciés, un produit de toilette corps et cheveux, la propreté des lieux et la literie de qualité. Ensemble agréable et coquet.

Cons:

Si les voisins sont bruyants (petit effort à faire pour bien vivre ensemble)

Très petit, pas propre, chaud et on ne sait qu’entrouvrir une fenêtre ,pas de coin cuisine, 1 seule salle de bain pour les 6 chambres.

Het was een prima verblijf voor een nachtje!
Pros:

De locatie was ideaal! Het bed lag prima. Het code systeem werkt top.

Cons:

Het enige wat je merkte is dat het iets verouderd is, maar het is wel gewoon goed.

Nothing, but I was glad to see a fan and fridge in the room

Ridiculously small room, shared bathroom, overheated, no furniture except for one bed. Nothing!

Goede ligging, vlakbij Euston Square, Regent Park etc.
Het was rustig. Alle aangegeven faciliteiten klopten

Cons:

Het was de heerste dag van een hele periode. De kamer was erg warm en moeilijk om 's nachts een beetje frisse lucht binnen te krijgen. Al was er wel een raampje, dat een beetje open kon. Fijn dat er een ventilator was.

スタッフの対応が大変良かったです。到着の夜にメールで問い合わせをすると直ぐに返信をして頂き丁寧に対応して頂きました。そして室内は静かで良かったです。

Cons:

日中から暑い日だったので、夜の室内が凄く暑くてお風呂上がりも汗をかいてしまい不快でした。小さい扇風機がありましたが、首部分が壊れていたので使うことを中止しました。

Good value for a night's stay next to Euston
Pros:

Location can't get much better being 5 mins away from Euston - needed it after last night's Band-Maid concert so I could lie in a bit more before leaving the morning after.
I got the budget room, which was good value for money - double bed in the corner and a bit of walk room on the other two sides of the bed but not much as expected, did the job nevertheless.
Internet was fast 355 down / 35 up.
Bear in mind you could be competing with 4 other rooms for a toilet or the bathroom, but great for a night's stay.

Cons:

Ideally a little bit more sound proofing if possible, as I could hear occasional footsteps from above or chatter in the hallway, but the other guests were generally alright fortunately.

Cons:

Une seule salle de bain pour 5 chambres (de mémoire), très compliqué si tout le monde a les mêmes horaires (mais bien spécifié dans l'annonce)

Lovely clean room, very nice bed linen and comfortable duvet and pillows with enough space to properly stretch out and relax, very good after a long day walking through London. Nice surrounding area, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that we were opposite speedy's- the café from BBC Sherlock, where I had a decently cheap for London, but very tasty breakfast.

Cons:

Not a negative so much as to say, if you've never stayed at this type of property before, do be aware that you may hear other people, and it often depends on the type of people you're sharing the space with as to how neat the communal areas are kept, however much they are cleaned by the host.
