Pros:

This is an affordable property near London Euston station. Excellent location when arriving by train. Good value. There is pub as part of Tolmers Square which is convenient.

Cons:

Shared facilities; bathroom and toilets, but they are clean and it is good value for the price in central London.

Ability to change booking dates is limited.

Cheap accom and did the job
Pros:

Lots of space

Cons:

Very noisy - you could hear lots of people leaving and entering so didn’t sleep well.
Plug socket not near the bed.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Propreté. L’essentiel à disposition. La plupart des autres résidents étaient respectueux du calme de chacun.

Cons:

La chambre manquait un peu d’éclairage. Certains équipements étaient un peu usés.

The only good thing was that it was clean

Cons:

The double room was actually a double bed in the kitchen with a working washing machine on my arrival. The room didn't have a safe lock. I left the property straight away.

Bon emplacement pour visiter le centre de Londres
Pros:

L'emplacement, dans un square, nous étions un peu abrités de l'agitation de la ville. Et il était très facile de se rendre à la gare de St Pancras en 15-20 minutes. Nous avions aussi le métro Euston Square à quelques minutes, très pratique pour se déplacer dans Londres. Il y avait aussi un pub sympa juste en face de notre chambre. C'était bien aussi d'avoir un frigo dans la chambre car il faisait très chaud et nous avons pu garder nos boissons au frais.

Cons:

La chambre était bien plus petite que je l'imaginais. Nous n'avions pas la place d'ouvrir nos valises par terre, il fallait les poser sur le lit. Le lit était un peu mou. Le ventilateur mis à disposition ne faisait pas d'air mais beaucoup de bruit.

Highly recommend. Close to Euston station but still really affordable. Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

It was affordable in an extremely convenient location. The facilities were clean and practical. Hannah was a helpful host who provided clear instructions and was easy to contact.

Okay stay if you are out most of the time
Pros:

The location was well located

Cons:

The rooms was incredibly warm and it was quite loud during the night. The room was very small, maybe 40cm along side the bed with two side right at the wall. especially for two people staying there we could barely move in the room, there was no place to leave to luggage. I cant imagine the room was actually 11m2
The shared bathroom was more difficult to handle than expected, its only one bathroom with a shower for i think 5 rooms, so its not a good shower to guest ratio

Logement pratique et bien situé
Pros:

L’emplacement, l’accès facile, la mise à disposition d’un ventilateur avec la grosse chaleur, de quoi mettre une boisson ou des aliments au frigo, une bouilloire, des gobelets et dosettes très appréciés, un produit de toilette corps et cheveux, la propreté des lieux et la literie de qualité. Ensemble agréable et coquet.

Cons:

Si les voisins sont bruyants (petit effort à faire pour bien vivre ensemble)

Très petit, pas propre, chaud et on ne sait qu’entrouvrir une fenêtre ,pas de coin cuisine, 1 seule salle de bain pour les 6 chambres.

Het was een prima verblijf voor een nachtje!
Pros:

De locatie was ideaal! Het bed lag prima. Het code systeem werkt top.

Cons:

Het enige wat je merkte is dat het iets verouderd is, maar het is wel gewoon goed.

Goede ligging, vlakbij Euston Square, Regent Park etc.
Het was rustig. Alle aangegeven faciliteiten klopten

Cons:

Het was de heerste dag van een hele periode. De kamer was erg warm en moeilijk om 's nachts een beetje frisse lucht binnen te krijgen. Al was er wel een raampje, dat een beetje open kon. Fijn dat er een ventilator was.

スタッフの対応が大変良かったです。到着の夜にメールで問い合わせをすると直ぐに返信をして頂き丁寧に対応して頂きました。そして室内は静かで良かったです。

Cons:

日中から暑い日だったので、夜の室内が凄く暑くてお風呂上がりも汗をかいてしまい不快でした。小さい扇風機がありましたが、首部分が壊れていたので使うことを中止しました。
