Ja direkt an Metro.
Schimmel im Bad
Personnel was very polite & hospitable with me! 🙏🏻
View from the 5th floor room was beyond amazing! Especially from the bath room window (west side) 😍
Beds were comfortable, despite I preferred 2 single beds room with a view instead of ground floor room with king-size bed. And that was the right choice! 😎
Obviously, the hotel needs renovation as the rooms inferior & furniture were dilapidated.
The breakfast was very simple, with not a big choice.
Quartier proche place Gambetta. Accessible.
Chambre refaite à neuf. Lit confortable. Lumières ok. Propre.
Finding good accommodation at a good price in Paris seems very difficult, if not impossible. Well, this hotel manages to meet that goal in many ways: it is located in an area that is very easily accessible by public transport, with a metro entrance right next to the hotel. Just a few minutes’ walk away is Place Bagnolet, with all means of public transport available (bus, tram, taxi, metro). Directly across the street and in the surrounding area there are small grocery shops, some open late, as well as cafés and restaurants. From the hotel entrance, it takes less than three minutes to reach Place Édith Piaf and the bar with the same name, and in about seven minutes of leisurely walking along a small street lined with old, typically Parisian buildings, you arrive at a small bookstore—aptly named “La Petite Librairie”—absolutely charming, with chairs set out front, perfect for reading on a warm spring afternoon. The rooms are modest, but very clean, and the linens are impeccable.
The staff is kind and helpful, and the breakfast is satisfactory. It’s a place I will return to.
Being a busy street, at times during the night it can be noisier than preferred.
Proximité du cimetière Père Lachaise.
Chambre petite.
