Cons:

Като за хотел до зоологическата градина се подразбира,че ще има и семейства с деца,в ресторанта обаче няма детски менюта с любимите ястия на децата.

Pros:

Miła obsługa, duży pokój, spoko śniadanie, siłownia. Ludzie w jotelu i całej Sofii są mili, uprzejmi i spokojni. Blisko hotelu dobry sklep Petit Marche. Do metra z hotelu najlepiej dojechać autobusem, przystanek 5 minut drogi od hotelu.

Cons:

Lodówka w pokoju głośna, na noc trzeba wyłączać, bo ciężko zasnąć ;)

Best Sofia hotel in its category
Pros:

Not only that my expectations were exceeded, but this is my 1st ever "all excellent" score. Well done. One thing to mention, i am a returning customer, although my last stay was before covid, the hotel was under different name and management.

Genel olarak temiz ve odalar büyük. (Aparment room için)

Cons:

Odalarda terlik yok, ikram olarak sadece 1 er adet kahve var. Su mini bar içinde. Soğutma sistemi iyi çalışmasına rağmen ısıtma sistemi çalışmıyordu. Odayı bahçe tarafında talep etmiştim fakat 1. Katta yatak odası ara alana bakıyordu ve yan bina ile kolay ulaşılabilecek şekilde olduğundan tedirginlik yaratmadı değil. Oturma odası bahçe görüyordu. Tüm bunlara rağmen Bulgaristanı ve insanlarını çok seviyorum. Teşekkürler.

Hotel mission failure - never the less Sofia weekend was good
Pros:

Location and room size (which was not what I paid - they gave me smaller apartment anyway)

Cons:

Had smaller apartment and facing the boulevard vs. what I expected via booking (expected to have app. with park view facing the zoo, large terrace, etc.).
There was wedding when we arrived and not able to use the restaurant there (so we travel couple of kilometers to good restaurant as all around was booked or full).
One of the breakfast was weird - in kind of meeting room (after the wedding breakfast zone was not prepared, and not very clean)
