η ποιότητα του καφέ ήταν πολύ κακή
στο ξενοδοχείο έρχονται πολλά γκρουπ και δημιουργείται πολύ φασαρία και ειδικά στο πρωινό η αναμονή για να πάρεις φαγητό και καφέ είναι αποτρεπτική. Εμείς σαν ομάδα τις περισσότερες φορές φάγαμε εκτός ξενοδοχείου πρωινό παρόλο που το είχαμε πληρώσει. Πρέπει να αυξήσουν την ικανότητα εξυπηρέτησης ή να κάνουν μια ειδική αίθουσα για γκρουπ. Αν ταξιδεύεις για εργασία δεν είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή.

Хотела е с отлична локация и чистота на ниво,а персонала винаги откликва на всяка нужда!
Cons:

Като за хотел до зоологическата градина се подразбира,че ще има и семейства с деца,в ресторанта обаче няма детски менюта с любимите ястия на децата.
