The staff were friendly

Cons:

The room they gave me was on the very top and in a little alcove - they were nice enough to carry my bag up the stairs, as I have mobility issues at the moment, from a twisted ankle. There were not enough blankets on the bed and it was freezing. They had the fan on, as they said most people liked to sleep cold. I paid at the hotel and then was charged by Booking.com. Super difficult to find on a very noisy street.

El personal amable y cerca del parque.

Cons:

No tiene elevador, el ruido , las sábanas y toallas con mucho olor a cloro y tiesas, no tiene jabón y shampoo de calidad, el jabón que proporciona no tiene olor agradable, aunque cuenta con parrilla eléctrica, cocina , no cuenta con utensilios necesarios para el uso, la licuadora no tiene vaso, el colchón demasiado duro, solo tenía una manta y me dio frío.
No tiene ventanas y no me gustan los lugares sin luz. La entrada con mucho polvo!

En este hotel filtraron mis datos a extorsionadores y mi familia y yo pasamos una estancia amenazados. Desde antes de llegar ya me estaban contactando vía llamada de cel y mensajes WhatsApp fingiendo ser personal del hotel, una pésima experiencia
