Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of VND 1000000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Following Vietnam’s Government Law, all staying guests are required to present upon check-in his/her passport with a valid entry/exit visa (citizen identity card, passport, permanent resident card or temporary resident card (if customer is a foreigner), or his/her identity documents by competent authorities of Vietnam to the Front Office for check in formalities.

My son was very happy and he really enjoyed his summer break at Mikazuki
Pros:

Everything especially the wonderful water park and onsen bath . Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the sushi restaurant is amazing

Good resort for families with waterpark
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and the facilities were clean. Room service menu had different options.

Cons:

The location is far from the city centre and not near many restaurants. The buffet breakfast was not kept on heat.

Great hotel for families with children, a bit noisy for couples .
Pros:

The room is stylish and very clean. The view was great. We like bathroom on the veranda

Great stay at the Mikazuki Japanese Villas & spa
Pros:

The property is huge with a lot of amenities. They have several pools to choose from and a massive outdoor lazy river. The staff are very friendly especially towards kids, and very knowledgeable. They offer several trips to the surrounding area for an additional fee. the villas are separate from the actual hotel building, and are very nice and roomy.

Pros:

BFAST WAS EXCELLENT. LOCATION IS ISOLATED BUT NOT THAT FAR FROM THE DANANG CITY

Cons:

THE ROAD TO THE INDIVIDUAL VILLA SHOULD BE PROPERLY TILED OR CEMENTED. IT IS BUMPY AND NOT SUITABLE FOR WALK ESP FOR ELDERLY AS THEY MAY TRIP AND FALL.

Dedicated to high end quality Service.
Pros:

They have a MEAN breakfast !!! They are not joking. Sushis, local, western,vegan. Its huge,there is variety .wow totally above expectations. The F&B Managers are very very dedicated and I really appreciated efforts and attentions. Best service I have seen so far I can remember.
The bedroom in the villa exceeded my expectation too. I love tobfind Japanese toilets with heated seat and all the functions u get with smart toilets 🚻 like at home.
I have a clean and Zen terrace I love.

Cons:

Thats not really negative., i m really enjoyibg my stay.Communication in English with some can be sometimes a struggle and I can see panic in their eyes with my accent hahaha 😆
I guess it's low season, and they re going under maintenance. It's probably the best moment tho, and I didn't mind.
