Not a Hotel – Run-Down Guesthouse with Poor Cleanliness

Location is Good

Cons:

This place has nothing to do with a real hotel. It’s basically just a small guesthouse with four rooms and no reception. The rooms are old and run-down, with everything feeling loose and shaky. The bathrooms were dirty, making our stay quite uncomfortable.

The only positive aspect is the good location, but that’s about it. We would never book this place again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a proper stay in Boracay.
