Hoianese Tranquil Heritage Hotel - Truly Cultural Immersion

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, especially Ivy, but also Min and Sunny. As soon as we arrived Ivy gave us an intro and lots of information and recommendations. She also taught me how to make my own Vietnamese Coffee! Always remembered our names and had good conversations,
A lovely location and beautiful room. Min also helped us book the Bamboo Circus show and was very helpful!

Location just right - in old city but not too crowded

We had a fantastic experience and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. A big thank you to Sunny, Min, Ivy, and Gaby for their warmth and support.

A special mention for Ivy, who went above and beyond in helping us plan our time in Hoi An — her recommendations, especially for shops, worked out perfectly for us. We also really enjoyed the walking tour with Boa, which brought the town’s history and stories to life.

Hội An itself, with its rich history and welcoming people, made the entire experience feel truly unique and unforgettable.

Very convenient location for visiting the main tourist spots and the staff are really lovely.

My stay at this Hoianese Tranquil Heritage Hotel iwas nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was embraced with warm, genuine hospitality that instantly made me feel at home.

The hotel itself beautifully reflects the charm and heritage of Hoi An, offering a peaceful and comfortable retreat. However, what truly sets this place apart is the incredible team behind it. Every staff member I encountered was attentive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. MY big thank you to Ming, Ivy and the team team behind the kitchen, your breakfast is just amazing.

I left with a full heart and deep appreciation for the hospitality I received. I would highly recommend Hoianese Tranquil Heritage Hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An, and I look forward to returning again very soon.

Probably the best hotel we did in Vietnam un 3 weeks !
The room was not the main point, it was great for the price.
Breakfast and location is great of course.
BUT the main 2 things are:
- Bao, our guide for cultural tours in Hoi An. Probably the best tour guide I ever encountered in m'y life, the man was so passionated !
- the staff - Sunny, Min, Ivy and Gavy. So lovely and always enthousiat to help you and also discuss with you. It was such a pleasure to chat with them when we were at the hotel.

Definitely recommend this hotel to have a real Hoi An experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone took very good care of the guests. Hotel is cute and quiet, I loved the vibe.

Uns hat die familiäre Atmosphäre sehr gefallen, Min hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt. Das Hotel ist super sauber (dank der tollen Mädels vom Housekeeping) und das Frühstück (a la carte) frisch und lecker. Ein Dankeschön auch an Sunny und Ivy, die immer mit ihrer guten Laune zur Stelle waren. Der Abschied ist uns schwergefallen.
Die Walking Tour vom Hotel können wir auch empfehlen, es war kurzweilig und informativ!

The staff

Amazing staff, Ivy & Sunny were exceptionally welcoming.
The hotel is nice and centrally located. There are some free and paid tours available.

The staff were so hospitable and accommodating and the place is authentic. They even packed us something for breakfast since we have to leave at dawn.

Nice and friendly hotel - very close to the center of Hoi an and lots of nice coffee shops, bars and restaurants around. Staff looked after us well and gave us a little gift as we left. Good value hotel for the price, so definitely if you're on a budget I'd stay here. They offered a free walking tour of the town every other morning which was fab. We didn't try the other tours but they looked good!

The hotel is perfectly located 2mn away from the Old Town.

When you check in, the staff takes the time to explain to you some elements about the city and proposes you some tours, including a free city tour with a guide! We did 3 tours: the free city tour, the food tour and the visit of My Son sanctuary. All were great, especially the city tour and the food tour. Thanks Cindy for making both visits amazing, and taking us in the hidden streets of Hoi An and introducing us to the best local dishes.

We were on honeymoon and had a little surprise waiting for us in the room.

The hotel staff is super nice and helpful, thanks to Minh and Iva for their warm welcoming! We’ll be back :)
