Wunderbares Personal und tolles Hotel! Gute Lage, gepflegt, sauber und 100% Weiterempfehlung!

Der herzliche Empfang von Spring und die detaillierten Informationen, die uns den Aufenthalt vereinfacht haben. Sunny und Kimmy haben uns bei jeder Frage unterstützt und sind stets freundlich mit uns umgegangen. Wir haben an einem Workshop im Hotel teilgenommen und auch die kostenlose Tour mitgemacht. Alles mit Liebe vorbereitet und wir haben uns Willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, alles sauber und gepflegt. Wasserkocher am Zimmer, frisches Wasser ebenso. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! Herzlichen Dank an Spring, Sunny und Kimmy, die unseren Aufenthalt auf eine persönliche Ebene gebracht haben. Unterstützung bei Pick-Up und Tipps zu Ausflügen/Unternehmungen waren selbstverständlich und im Handumdrehen erledigt!

服務員Sunny真的超棒，且位置非常好，旁邊就有好幾間洗髮按摩店，離古鎮也很近

服務超級棒！會主動介紹附近好吃的跟推薦的景點，也能協助解決各種大小事，因為隔天一早就要前往美山勝地，飯店人員還特地提早過來幫忙準備早餐，真的超級感謝，在這裡和其他飯店最不同的就是能感受到滿滿的人情味！

Location is perfect, old town is walking distance. Spring is so polite and helpful, she helped us with detailed recommendation of the places mearby. Hotel staff also helped us booking tickets for memories show, coconut village. Breakfast was good and affordable.
