Amazing stay, wonderful staff, beautiful views, and a place we’d happily come back to!
Pros:

Everything was great! The staff were especially amazing and incredibly kind, welcoming, and always very helpful with anything we needed. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it for another night. The view is beautiful, everything is very clean, and the whole experience was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay.

Loved it, very luxurious and staff were amazing. Would definitely recommend
Pros:

Pool and beach area amazing, views unreal and so nice to relax all day at the pool area. Staff are so nice and welcoming and one of the best parts of this resort. Hotel on a whole is very impressive, food selection was very good, breakfast was great. Location is also great walking distance to most things, 10 min from port and main strip. First day was given a free massage too! Can’t wait to return!

Cons:

No WiFi in the hotel room so tv wouldn’t work as no normal channels so couldn’t watch tv for our stay. Marks in the bedroom on the walls, and kettle was dirty when we arrived but that was fixed very promptly.

Mooi en tevens teleurstellend, meer van verwacht

De kamer poetsen is heel erg slecht, bed werd een beetje recht getrokken en nieuwe handdoeken, nooit gepoetst of gedweild , de rommel bleef, toiletpapier werd nooit bijgevuld
Het onderhoud heel slecht, de weg erna toe lag vol rommel, en bij het zwembad staken de schroeven uit en lag de vlonder schots en scheef, lampen los in het zwembad aan kabel, paaltjes bij de trappen staan los en lampjes hangen los aan de muur
Er werd nergens onderhoud gepleegd, heel jammer voor een hotel dat 5 sterren draagt , er zou een manager aanwezig zijn die dit in goede banen brengt, de poetsploeg zat op bed te wachten tot de tijd om was

A clean and lovely stay with beautiful views, great breakfast, and friendly staff.
Pros:

It was really clean and the views were so nice. The staff were all so lovely, especially Samuel, who was really kind and provided excellent customer service. Overall, we had a great experience. They also kindly allowed my friends and me to leave our luggage there, which was really helpful.Breakfast was top too
