Otelin konumu, hizmeti, havuzları şezlonglar her şey harikaydı.
Otel içerisinde yer alan deniz biraz derin ve taşlıydı.

Wiffi - internet im Hotel sehr gut und gerade vor dem Hotel , etwas weiter weg war schlechtes internet , im Zimmer der Fernseher war da aber wenig bekante Programe , Netflix ging nicht
The hotel offers a beautiful atmosphere, especially around the pool and beach areas. The decoration is stylish, and there are plenty of comfortable sunbeds available. The private beach area is very pleasant and well maintained. The waitresses was kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience more enjoyable.
However, there are several areas that could be improved.
The breakfast selection was quite limited, with not many options available. Unfortunately, many of the dishes were cold and did not seem freshly prepared.
The music by the pool during the day was also extremely loud, making it difficult to relax and enjoy a peaceful rest.
The cleanliness of the room was another concern. I found hair and fur throughout the room, which appeared to be left from previous guests, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. A more thorough cleaning and vacuuming routine would greatly improve the overall experience.
Additionally, the hotel is located a bit far from the city center, which may be inconvenient for guests who want easy access to nearby attractions.
Overall, the hotel has a beautiful pool and great atmosphere, but improvements mainly cleanliness, breakfast quality, and noise management would make the stay significantly better.
There’s not really that much to like, it’s just really not luxury and it’s really not to be well run hotel
The hotel is just not a luxury hotel – simple!
Car parking is available but it’s down a very steep ramp in a dark cave, just not the kind of place you feel safe.
Hotel food, it’s like eating at a hostel.
Hardly anyone finishes their food at breakfast, half the plates are still full of food when they’re busy removing them.
The pool area is nearly always empty, this is due part to the volume of the music being played on the type of music being played, it’s definitely which means it’s not a place you can actually have a conversation with anybody, and attract just a certain type of guest who can cope with a volume that you can hear at least 100 m away
The staff were the mosttt kind and humble- we stayed there for our honeymoon. Susham, Raj, Sam, Darling ,Padma, and their co-ordinator Hamza. The staffs were from different countries- Phillipines, Africa, Morocco and India. I don't think i came across anyone who was local? Our room would be cleaned everyday,bedding made, new towels. All those who work there, i formed a really bond with each of them and i hope they are being treated well by the owner of San Angelo.
The resort is a 20mins walk from the hustle bustle of the city so you are in a quiet place
You can book taxi to get into town with standard 10€ charge- we walked because why not? 🫶 really nice restro near the resort, you can eat at the resort as well but there wasn't much on the menu for a veggie/vegan diet. Apparantly, they change their menu's depending on the season and were due a different menu late April/May
The resort has its own private pebbled beach, and it is a sunset point also. I absolutely enjoyed watching the sunset each eveninh from my room/beach.
I'd say I lovveedd their cocktails-Raj was very generous with the alcohol in it 🤪 the only thing i'd suggest is to add details of the pool depth for each pool just in case someone decides to dive and maybeeee warm the pool?
Oh and the resort offers massages, sauna and hot tub at the basement. They could do with adding some support in order to enter the tub? Like a handle or stair something
Anyone older/bigger might struggle to get in/out( health & safety risk). Also, the basement is also the parking lot so people can see you when you're in the tub
Could do with a partition/privacy glass?
The brealfast was loovveellyy- fried/scrambled eggs, hash brown, fruits, cheese, feta, assortment of breads, meat etc etc. I'd definitely stay here again when i go back to Sarande. Suggestion- maybe can offer all inclusive packages and train the staff/admin accordingly.
Maybe add depth of pool, privacy glass around the hot tub and some form of support to get in/out the tub? Nothing too major to report. Really loved the place❤️ and enjoyed my stay
The hotel is beautiful and has a great beach with plenty of sun beds.. Mary, the receptionist, was also very kind..
Evidently, I showed up on a “pool party” day, and the music was so loud that I ended up leaving the same day I checked in.. I booked the hotel because usually adults only means it’s quieter, but it was the loudest hotel I have ever experienced in the 50 countries I’ve travelled..

Great location - lots of bars and restaurants close by and a 25min walk to the busy promenade.
Amazing views and infinity pools and private beach
The extremely loud music - deafening rave music at 2pm everyday, louder than a nightclub around the pool area. Ruined our afternoons and was still very loud when moved to the beach.
