Hotel layout, food, service, lack of room amenities, quality overall, positioning of the tv was not directly infront of the bed. Again depends which room you're in but the one I was in which I paid alot for did not have the correct positioning.

Inaquate amenities the bar was closed over the weekend the music stopped the spa times were interrupted and I think it’s because it was off peak season but be lovely to visit in the peak season
Location
I am genuinely surprised by how many people consider this a 5 star hotel. As a travel agent, I can confidently say this property falls well below that standard.
While the exterior of the hotel is visually appealing due to its location, the interior and overall cleanliness are very disappointing.
We stayed for three nights, and upon checking in, we discovered bed bugs in our room. I reported this to reception, and although we were moved to another room, I was shocked to see new guests being checked into the same infested room just a few hours later.
Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. The towels were dirty, the pillows had visible stains, and the floor did not appear to have been properly cleaned. We also noticed spiders near the bed, which added to the discomfort.
The following evening, my partner ordered a shisha pipe to the room. It arrived in an unacceptable condition—the base was extremely dirty and filled with what appeared to be hard water residue, suggesting it had not been cleaned properly. When I raised this with reception, I was told, “you don’t drink the water,” which completely misses the point. It is unhygienic and unacceptable to provide equipment in such a state to guests.
Additionally, the jacuzzi area did not appear to be cleaned regularly, raising further concerns about hygiene standards across the hotel.
Overall, I would rate this hotel as a 3 star at best and would not choose to stay here again.

Very serene, the sea view is amazing
Stayed in Panorama Junior suite with bath tub, well spacious and neat.
View of city also good.

Problème de chauffage, manque de finitions, petit dej pas terrible : jus industriel , crêpes réchauffées…jacuzzi qui donne sur la porte du parking au sous sol / dans l’ensemble travaux non terminés et mal finis, travaux toujours en cours….pas d’accès au parking : transformé en entrepôt
Nous avons fait pendant notre séjour des 4 étoiles de bien meilleur qualité et service, pointe un prix bcp plus abordable

The staff were exceptional and friendly. We managed to get an upgrade to the Royal suite. We enjoyed the stay. Special shout out to Tana, the other receptionist lady, Sam and Suleiman.

The pool was closed, but it's understandable most places are yet to open up fully.

The room had great aesthetics and was very clean and comfortable, we were even upgraded to a bigger room which we really appreciated
We stayed in off season in November, so breakfast was decent though slightly limited
