Bad service we came to celebrate the first anniversary .
We got a room on the first floor with a low level of cleanliness. The telephone didn't work. Everything we wanted was to go down to the reception. They promised to fix the phone the next day, but it was a lie.
In addition, there was a blockage in the shower. Every time someone wanted to take a shower, they had to wait until the water came down. A worker came to fix it. He didn't clean up after
There was music noise from a room next to us late at night.
We will never return to this place.

Amazing staff!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the beach and pool are lovely. The rooms are also very clean with free water bottles and very friendly cleaning staff. Breakfast had everything you need.
• Parking was consistently an issue. There were not enough spaces for all guests, even though we were not staying during high season.
• The spa is located in the basement and does not reflect what you would expect from a luxury hotel. While there is a sauna and a (plastic) jacuzzi, the jacuzzi was cold and visible from the parking area. Guests using the elevator from the parking to the reception or rooms pass directly by it, which makes it feel far from a relaxing spa environment.
• We would recommend placing a bin in the rooms.
• During our 3-night stay, there were private parties on 2/3 nights. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests who simply wanted to relax in the hotel in the evening. Additionally, the music was extremely loud and continued until after 12:30 a.m. We do enjoy a good party, but not when it disrupts our stay at what is presented as a luxury resort. The hotel did make an effort to compensate by offering free wine during the evenings and a late check-out.
• Several sunbeds were dirty and worn, which did not meet the standards expected of a hotel presenting itself as a luxury resort.
• The restaurant was closed due to it not being high season.
• Overall, this is not a luxury resort, and the price-quality ratio is disappointing. This was our most expensive stay, yet it did not meet our expectations.

The pool view was stunning. The staff were amazing every time we interacted they made the stay more enjoyable.
The cleaning staff do not clean rooms they do not even tuck bedding in. The sink would remain dirty post their visit. Overall the hotel is showing shining despite being a newer hotel maintenance would be great and a more varied menu at breakfast and the standard menu would be nice. The deck furniture was not always clean and mostly with visible damage. The beach area had litter and overall the beach area and garage are being used for storage facilities which ruined the overall look.

The property is unreal. It is genuinely just so boho and beach vibe and very aesthetic. One of the best beaches in that strip too, we just came back in Mid may and it was so peaceful and quiet. The restaurant also offers amazing food and it was halal which was amazing. The staff go above and beyond and are so friendly.
The parking isn’t convenient for small cars as it is extremely uphill and our car struggled but the staff were very kind and let us park outside.
