Cons:

A localização é bem central, em frente as calçadas comerciais, e sem acesso de carros.. o que dificulta o transporte de bagagens até o Táxi e Metrô.

Pros:

Her sabah kapıda su ve tatlı bulmak hoştu. Odada diğer konseptte zincir otellerde bulunmayan eşya ve konfor vardı. Vucut losyonu ve şampuan ayrıydı ve bilinen bir markaydı. Konum belki Madrid in en iyisiydi. Lavabo ihtiyacı icin bile oteli kullanabildim.

Great central location, great value, in the middle of a lot of attractions you’ll want to visit

Ideal for the location, but improvements in customer service and overall value would make a big difference.
Pros:

The hotel’s biggest advantage is its location. It’s just off Puerta del Sol, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and within easy walking distance of Madrid’s main monuments and attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city.

The hotel was clean throughout, and I appreciated the 24-hour coffee, tea, and snack room on the lower level. My room was also very clean, larger than I expected, and had a modern, updated feel with a nice bathroom.

Cons:

That said, I felt the hotel was overpriced for a one-night stay and didn’t quite live up to its advertised 3-star rating. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, especially when I asked about arranging a taxi to the Madrid bus terminal the following morning. I also found the hotel’s photos somewhat misleading. If there is a rooftop terrace as shown in the pictures, it was never mentioned to me during my stay.

For comparison, I stayed at B&B Plaza Mayor a couple of years ago. While the room there wasn’t as updated, the overall experience was more enjoyable because the front desk staff were noticeably more professional, welcoming, and helpful.
