Excelente y cómodo hotel en el centro de Madrid
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo caminando y a pasos del metro.
Habitación cómoda y con todo lo necesario . No hay desayuno pero tienen habilitados las 24 horas un comedor donde puedes servirte café,te,jugos,galletas,etc y servirte lo que compres, muy cómodo.
El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo.Fuimos en 2 momentos , enero y volvimos en febrero . Totalmente recomendable.

Limpio y céntrico
Pros:

El hotel es muy céntrico cerca de parking y cerca de estacionamiento de metro. Es muy limpio, buena cama y la ducha perfecta. El personal es super amable y servicial. Daniel es muy servicial y nos ha dado muy buenos consejos. Siempre que vamos a Madrid reservamos aqui.

Cons:

Quizas por poner pega que no hay desayuno… pero en Madrid ouedes desayunar en cualquier sitio. Sinte dejan unos croissants y agua en la puerta y abajo hay una cocina donde puedes hacer tu tu desayuno, tomar café o alguna fruta. Asi que no es realmente una pega…

Konum çok merkezi çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Otel temiz. Sabah kapıya bırakılan atıştırmalıklar( mini kek veya kruvasan) güzel. Aşağıda kahve atıştırmalıklar ve meyve sunulan yer var.

Cons:

Gece gürültüsü biraz rahatsız edebiliyor. Kahvaltı olmaması. Kullanılabilir balkon olmasını isterdim.

Buen hotel en el centro de Madrid.
Pros:

Es destacable tanto la atención y trato de su personal, como la higiene del hotel. Estuvimos un par de noches y fue una grata experiencia. Y, por supuesto, es destacable su ubicación.

Cons:

Nada, estuve contenta con todo lo relativo al hotel.

Good location. Beds very clean and comfortable. Lacked basics. Didn’t know breakfasts etc were downstairs only told coff

Can leave luggage safe when checking out till we could go to the airport. Very important point as city breaks are tiring.

Super Lage
Pros:

Absolut perfekte Lage mitten im Zentrum. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, deswegen war es recht ruhig.
Morgen hing ein kleiner Frühstückssnack an der Tür :)

Cons:

Sehr Basic was die Ausstattung angeht, und dafür schon recht teuer, aber das macht wohl die Lage des Hotels..

Great staff, wonderful facilities- a lovely stay overall
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and let us into our room before the check in time. The free snacks and coffee downstairs was a great bonus too. The staff also delivered fresh pastries to our room everyday which was a lovely addition!

A nice, quaint, budget-friendly experience
Pros:

Perfect location, good value and spacious rooms. The breakfast treat was a great treat!

Cons:

When checking in, noticed my room smelled like smoke and spent time dealing with staff trying to get a new room. The new room had a musky smell too, so believe the rooms need to have better air ventilation or taken care of.
