Staff gentile e disponibile, camera rifatta ogni mattina con il rispettivo cambio asciugamani, disponibilità di riempire l acqua anche nel seminterrato, il pacco colazione che viene lasciato davanti la porta è una comodità in caso si volesse saltare la colazione da seduti, l'INSONORIZZAZIONE è vera,non mi sono mai svegliato per rumori di nessun tipo, per chi come me ha il sonno leggero fa la differenza tra svegliarsi bene e svegliarsi già stanco

The property is in a good location. Very central and close to the metro.
The property was a little difficult to find. It is off the street down a small lane. It shares this lane with elevator up to a nightclub. Lots of street noise.
Camera bella e letto spazioso, doccia spaziosa, posizione perfetta. Ho trovato molto gradevole l’idea di uscire dalla porta e trovarmi una piccola colazione attaccata alla maniglia della porta (piacevole risveglio). Al piano inferiore alla recepción c’è un piccolo angolo con te caffè latte biscotti e frutta gratuiti disponibili h24. Direi tutto perfetto
Purtroppo l’ingresso è un po nascosto, lo valorizzerei di più. Mancanza del bidet in camera ma per pochi giorni di permanenza superabile.
The hotel has a very good location and the room was generally comfortable. The housekeeping staff were friendly and did a good job when the room was cleaned.
The bathroom layout was not what we expected from the photos, as the sink is located outside the toilet and shower area. This was inconvenient, especially when travelling with a baby.
Housekeeping was also inconsistent. During our 6-night stay, the room was only fully cleaned on 3 occasions. On other days, we had to contact reception, and sometimes we were only provided with fresh towels, toilet paper and bin bags, meaning we had to manage some of the cleaning ourselves.
Siamo arrivati prima dell’orario del check-in e volevamo lasciare solamente i bagagli, ma il personale cortesemente ci ha fatto accomodare in una camera appena pulita. Il check-in é stato celere. Il personale gentile, accogliente e professionale. La camera era veramente stupenda, spaziosa, luminosa con aria condizionata (in un periodo di caldo intenso), un bagno super luminoso e con una doccia grandissima. La pulizia era veramente accurata, davvero molto apprezzato. La posizione ottima, tutto era perfettamente collegato sia con la metro Sol che a piedi. É stato apprezzatissimo il gesto di portare la colazione fuori la porta. L’hotel é stata un oasi di relax e fresco in una città che calda e che non dorme mai. Sotto hanno una piccola lounge dove puoi usufruire di acqua fresca, succhi, latte, biscotti e frutta. Sopra hanno una bellissima terrazza. Nulla da dire, sicuramente tornerò.

Locations was great, right in the middle of everything. Midway between Palace and Prado. Staff were very helpful and rooms were very clean.
Fantastic location right in the centre of town. Very clean and secure hotel. Great amenities and they held my bags after check out time before I had to go to the airport

The staff was very friendly. The location, although not silent, was central and easy to get around from. The water pressure was great in the shower. Plenty of space in the room for a solo traveler. Daily pastry delivered to the door was a delightful treat.
The deadbolt in the room would not lock. You also had to intentionally push or pull the door all the way closed to latch the door.
