Staff were very nice and english friendly. We were surprised when they brought us delicious pastries to our door in the morning. There also is a common area where you can get water, juice, fruits, tea and coffee included in stay/no extra charge.
Located near the Sol station which is very convinient. It is a very busy tourist area outside, but we didn’t hear any noise from the 5th floor. Ear plugs were provided just incase.
The hotel sign is small but easy to find once you know it.
Hallway had a weird metallic/rust smell to it but otherwise the rooms itself were very nice and clean.
Location was great and yet quiet.
Perfect location, close to everything.
Also it’s great that free coffee, tea, cookies, and vegetables are available in the common area. Additionally, leaving a small breakfast and water at your door every morning is a very nice gesture.
