For bookings of 9 or more rooms, the hotel will charge a nonrefundable prepayment of 50% of the entire reservation on the guest's credit card.

Simpatia dos funcionários

Cons:

Trabalho em hotelaria e acho que precisa de uma renovação total. Acho não fazer jus ao nome que tem. Para 4 estrelas achei fraco. Estive em Lisboa num 3 estrelas muito superior.

Pros:

As áreas partilhadas, como a piscina, sauna, ginásio etc. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. O quarto era ótimo tanto a niveis de conforto como de limpeza, tinha tudo o que era necessário.

O SPA deveria ter jacuzzi e a piscina interior ter mais saídas de hidromassagem.
Não gostei de, na cama, ter como coberta só um edredom quente. Ou se dormia com calor ou se dormia com frio destapados. Ou seja, dormiu-se mal.
