For bookings of 9 or more rooms, the hotel will charge a nonrefundable prepayment of 50% of the entire reservation on the guest's credit card.

Cons:

Les femmes de ménages très désagréables.Le 2ème lit matelas désastreux .De 19h à 21h la piscine devait être Adult only.Non respecter encore des enfants.Salle de petit déjeuner, machine à café fonctionne mal.Trop attente pour avoir un simple café.Les plats censés être chauds comme œufs/bacon étaient froid.Pour nous c’est un 3 étoiles.Établissement vieillissant.

La habitación triple muy amplia y espaciosa.

Cons:

El personal no habla a penas español, solo inglés y portugués. Y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba y sonaba mucho.

Pros:

A localização é muito boa. As camas são confortáveis e alguns funcionários também, sobretudo quem nos serviu ao jantar. A funcionário que nos fez o check-in também, mas a que fez o check-out devia estar zangada com alguém… nem olhou para nós…

Cons:

Para um hotel desta marca e deste preço, está um pouco degradado e desatualizado: portas muito estragadas, banheiras antigas...precisa de uma remodelação urgente.
O pequeno-almoço também não foi nada de especial...
Outro aspeto que não nos agradou foi exatamente a falta de resposta às nossas mensagens e mail com pedidos de esclarecimentos… não é habitual.
Sei que não são obrigados a nada, mas como fazíamos anos de casados e informámos o hotel disso (só que não leram, provavelmente), não houve nenhum cuidado especial com esse facto. Devemos estar muito mal habituados...

embora para as estrelas que tem existe algumas áreas com falta de manutenção . Os quartos com algumas coisas a melhorar. Varanda com ervas . Candeeiros manchados para a categoria e algo a melhorar . O bar com.pouca opção de bebidas e cocktail.
