For bookings of 9 or more rooms, the hotel will charge a nonrefundable prepayment of 50% of the entire reservation on the guest's credit card.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et nous en repartons ravis ! Grâce à toute l’équipe, nous avons vraiment pu déconnecter et profiter de moments en famille.

Les piscines intérieure et extérieure sont superbes et d’une propreté irréprochable. La piscine intérieure chauffée, ouverte de 10h à 20h pour les enfants, a été un vrai plus. En attendant son ouverture, le personnel d’accueil a eu la gentillesse de mettre à notre disposition une salle avec un jeu gonflable et un toboggan, ce que notre petite fille de 4 ans a adoré.

Le cadre extérieur est magnifique, très bien entretenu et très propre. Notre chambre avec mezzanine était impeccable, spacieuse et parfaitement propre. La petite terrasse est très agréable pour prendre l’air. Nous avons également apprécié les équipements pratiques comme le micro-ondes et le réfrigérateur pour les biberons de notre fille.

Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux, aussi bien pour les petits que pour les grands. Le repas du soir, sous forme de buffet, est également très bon et permet à chacun de trouver son bonheur.

Un grand merci à toutes les équipes : accueil, entretien et ménage. Tout le personnel est souriant, bienveillant et très professionnel. Nous n’avons absolument rien à reprocher et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

It was okay
Pros:

The pool area was really nice for my kid.

Cons:

The room where we stayed smelled like someone has smoked inside, the bathroom also had a little bad smell, and there was a obstruction in shower because the water wasn’t draining after a few minutes.

Comfortable stay in Sintra
Pros:

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, tiene buenas instalaciones y un gran desayuno, además está en una ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro histórico de Sintra y de Cascais

Cons:

Llevo varios años alojándome en este hotel y se le va notando cierto deterioro en algunas cosas, cómo sofás, cortinas y también en la piscina cubierta, en la que cada vez funcionan menos cosas

La piscina interior y la comodidad de las camas.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos anduvimos un poco mareados , ya que no era la habitación que habíamos reservado. Es cierto que el gerente nos compensó y fue muy amable , tanto él como las recepcionistas.
La habitacion que nos tocó ( bañera con muy poca fuerza de agua , las ventanas no se abrían para ventilar y la del baño debía estar mal sellada que silbaba mucho con el ruido del viento ).

Trocaram o quarto deram me a chave de um quarto que quando abri a porta estavam outros hospedes!!! No pequeno-almoço retiraram os pratos 2 vezes enquanto fomos buscar garfos e guardanapos que não colocaram na mesa e a passagem para a piscina pelo restaurante
