Overall a good stay but average breakfast and bar closed on Sunday was disappointing
Pros:

Location was good, rooms were well appointed.

Cons:

Breakfast was average, the muesli, the omelette was quite overcooked, avocado was raw. The staff could’ve been quicker and more refined. Bar closed on Sunday but where do the hotel guests go?! We went to Baur au Lac.

位置很好，交通方便，离班霍夫大街和公交站都很近，工作人员态度热情。刚好赶上中国新年，酒店贴心的写了新年卡片。

Cons:

Центральный вход закрыт на ремонт. Среди строительных лесов не разберешься где вход. Приехали в 20:00, на входе не было никого. Пришлось звонить и просить, чтобы кто-то подошел, встретил и забрал багаж. Отель старый, в номере не сливалась раковина, можно было заплыв устаивать. Ручка душа просто отвалилась. И так примерно со всем. Отелю требуется срочная реиновация.
Сервис в лобби баре ужасный: чай ждал 20 минут, дважды напоминал. Своих денег отель не стоит

Stunning hotel in a central location with friendly staff.
Pros:

Spacious beautiful rooms with friendly staff. The location of the hotel was great and walking distance to the old part of town. The breakfast was excellent.

No swimming pool.
