Cons:

Много мръсно и захабено. Имаше дъвки по мокета. Петна по стени и таван. Банята захабена и мирише на мухъл. Тук-там имаше мравки. Много трудно се сдобихме със що-годе чисти хавлии, наложи се да си купим нови. Пълен гняс! Мястото явно се ползва дълго време от някакви арабски гости, които се чувстваха собственици и единствените в така нареченият хотел. Постоянно се чукаше по вратите и се викаше. Говори се на висок тон в общите части(коридор и стълбище). Една вечер към 1-2 някой от тях, прибирайки се вероятно от диво парти, се опитваше да влезе през главния вход директно с вратата. Опитите продължиха дълго време, след което вече будни и недоволни съседи опитвайки се да си почиват(не е задължително да са били от същата сграда), са повикали полиция, която да се намеси. Никога повече няма да посетя това място!

Cons:

the room was smelling like urine, so was bathroom. the room wasn't as it was advertised. and even after telling the staff there was no relocation of the room. Also tried cancelling the rest of my stay yet they didn't refunded the amount.

Die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank. Es gibt keine Badewanne, nur eine Dusche. Die Rezeption ist nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt. Es gibt weder Kaffee aus dem Automaten noch Getränke in der Hotellobby – eine Schade! Kurz gesagt: Der Service ist äußerst unprofessionell.
