It smelled real bad in my room!!
Room was clean-bed was comfortable-room was quiet
When checking in the staff/girl was not to friendly.
I disnt like how dirty bath tub was my wife fell and her neck and head have been hurting so bad
That's shower was so dirty slimy my wife about killed herself
Beyond stupid that we had to wait 15 mins to check into our room (or pay a charge)when it was most likely ready
That I could not bring drinks in or put of casino we are at the restaurant got our drinks to go and we're not allowed to drink them in or leave with drinks we bought there. Nwe were staying at the hotel not driving. Ridiculous
The staff at the front desk was polite
Our room was very outdated. Our blankets didn't look clean but we did go to the store and grab some new ones. Our fridge was hot so we couldn't keep anything in it, at 9:30 am I heard Our door open and it was house keeping, luckily I had my tank top on but they didn't even knock. Very disappointed
The location is convenient. The accomodations are luxurious, yet incredibly affordable, which is a huge consideration for these times. The aroma of the steakhouse on the top floor was also very comforting. Made you feel pampered. View was really nice as well.
The only thing I came up with that wasn't entirely perfect, would be the in-room climate control. Though it was quite efficient at heating and cooling the space rather quickly, there was an odor that came along with the cool air, which unfortunately, did not dissipate as long as the cool air was blowing. Little bit of air freshner did the trick. It was not a big deal to look past.
I feel like I've stayed at places that were cheaper and offered breakfast. Everything in the place is over priced. Harrahs is like the Kmart of casino resorts, but priced like its Neiman Marcus....it was my birthday too and I didnt even get a happy anything from any staff. 360 was good, but stupid expensive and the service was slow af! That is all!
I liked the convenience, restaurant’s onsite and free parking.
Rooms were a little dark. Could use more lighting especially in the evening.
Everything from the room to the restaurants to the friendly staff
Dyan at check in was great.
Facilities are really run down and dated. Not great food options. Everything looks like it is about to close.
