Muy normalito.
Pros:

El personal y no todos. Mención aparte los encargados de la limpieza de la habitación.

Cons:

Como mucho es un hotel de cuatro estrellas venido a menos. La habitación huele ha humedad y la moqueta hace tiempo que debería haber desaparecido. El frío interior es desagradable.

Pros:

courteous staff

Cons:

infrastructure in bathroom needs improvement . shower handle was broken.
For environment sustainability aspects need to be incorporated. eg. towels are taken for laundry every day which is not needed. in breakfast plates and cutleries are changed after every serving which needs to be done if asked by the guest not by default.

Comfortable, service not great
Pros:

Clean comfortable beds and great breakfast.

Cons:

Service was not that great either. We had asked for a late checkout for which they wanted to charge more than 50% the price of a night. We checked out on time and I asked the staff to receive a package for me which they agreed to, when it arrived they refused it. Inconvenient

Habitación limpia y cómoda

Cons:

No se puede ofrecer piscina y en los dos días de ocupación cerrada. Me parece bien que hagan mantenimiento pero hay que decirlo

Pros:

Location good, staff friendly

Cons:

Swimming pool out of service - would have been nice to get some communication regarding this as we particularly wanted a pool and chose for this reason. Gym not up to standard as equipment not working. No currency exchange

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, ansprechende Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Zimmer mit Verbindungstür zum Zimmer der Kinder war praktisch.

今後もニューデリーでの滞在はこのホテルを利用したい
Pros:

スタッフが親切でフレンドリーなので、とても心地良く滞在できました。
ホテルの雰囲気もよく、安心して過ごせました。
客室フロアはバブル時代の日本のホテルのようで懐かしいです。団体客がいなければ素晴らしく快適なホテルだと思います。

Cons:

ダブルの部屋をリクエストして、承認されていたのですが、ツインの部屋に案内されました。
すぐに変えてもらえましたが、バスタブのない部屋に変更となり、残念でした。
シャワーはお湯が十分でますが、勢いは強くありません。
