Great place to stay and value for money.
Pros:

Close to Connaught Place. However, bit far from airport. Clean. Restaurant options. Staff fantastic.

Cons:

Decent place, not so nice part of town, staff not very knowledgeable.
Pros:

Fairly nice room and building

Cons:

The staff weren’t very informed. For example we asked several times about the business centre as we had zoom meetings, every time they told us the hours it was open. Then when we used it they said we had to pay 5000 rupees per hour. We said nobody told us that the previous three times we asked about it. They were good enough not to charge for the hour but we had many more meetings so changed hotels.

Probably worth the money but with some major caveats.
Pros:

Clean, nice facilities and a good breakfast included.

Cons:

Not all of the staff was professional. When we arrived in our taxi the person in the car rushed us through security even though we told him no, and one of our bags ended up getting left in the taxi because their people did not get everything out. The same person pressured us to get into an Uber whose trunk was broken and kept opening. The staff at the breakfast buffet was very inattentive and did not bring things they said they would bring.

Pros:

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Connaught Place, making it very convenient to explore the area. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and the metro station within walking distance, which makes getting around Delhi very easy.
