The room smells bad.

Too cramped, hard to move around especially for a very tall person. The host was not very accommodating, at times argumentative, and not hospitable. Very weak water pressure in the toilet, even though we discarded our soiled tissues in the trashcan. We had to practically beg for towels, washcloth, & cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. I felt like we were nickeled and dimes to death. The most simple, basic things came with a price.

What's not to like. I was very IMPRESSED with HOTEL STAFF. PRICING. CLEANLINESS. McDonald's.Starbucks.Donut Kick. 7-Eleven 2 minutes away around the corner. I will be coming back again next year with my FIANCEE. We just got ENGAGED Today in Angeles City at SM CLARK JEWELRY SHOP 😁

Recommend led to have in air conditioning in the Receptionist area

The laundry was slow. I missed an appointment because my clothes were not received on the day promised.

There was overbooking and we waited so long to verify to owner. But we have to use other room which is too different with pcture.

Everything. I hope people will not get deceived from what they see online. Photos of their condominium in booking.com and other platforms were taken so nice. It looks decent and bigger. But when we came there, the building is very old, it’s very dirty and full of small cockroaches as what I attached here, ac doesn’t work properly, bathroom is small when you take shower you are literally next to the cubicle and WIFI DOESNT WORK most of the time which is the most needed when we stayed outside, things inside were not clean enough that you will see prints from the glasses to cutleries, kettle is so smelly. Above this all, I reached out to someone that I’m not sure if she’s the owner to asked for wifi assistance since our day 1 till day 2 we don’t have internet. SHE WAS NOT HELPFUL BUT I FIND HER RUDE AND I ATTACHED OUR SCREENSHOT CONVO. I know it wasn’t her fault and out of her hand about the internet but I don’t have other option but to reach out to her since she’s the owner she has the power to give me options either refund or move me right away to another room. When things got escalated, she moved us to another building that’s very hassle from our part to drag our things. When we arrived in the room we couldn’t find router so we don’t have the password of the wifi. Therefore I sent her and she did not reply, we went down to ask the security since there’s no reception, but security said he will notify someone then this owner sent me the username and password of the wifi. SUCH AN HASSLE! She knows we are moving and she made us go up and down just for the wifi when it was already 10pm almost when she could have send it to me right away when she moved me!!!! Me and my mom checked out on the same night around 2am midnight and we promised not to come back there!! I hope you guys will not waste your thousand just to stay for one night there!

Not a big deal, but there was a leak under the sink that needed to be fixed. Also, we couldn’t use the refrigerator because there was no adaptor.

Theres lot of cockroaches in the room. And room was not actually clean. Internet is very slow. AC is not cooling.
