Pros:

Особая боагодарность шеф - повару.Очень ответственный.Всегда на месте.Следит за работой и ,чтобы отдыхаюшие были довольны.Еда была очень вкусной и разнообразной!

Cons:

Не понравилось- ,,горничными,, работали два молодых челрвека,которые не хотели убирать в номере.На нашу просьбу убать,они отвечали согласием.А ,в итоге,только освобождали только мусорные ведра

Близость к пляжу.Хотя это было не важно.

Cons:

Равнодушие на ресепшен.Похоже,они не заинтересованы в туристах совсем.Произошла кража в номере.Но ни извинений,ни попыток уладить хотя бы материально.Вместо этого-грубость и обвинение нас в попытке «заработать».
Постельное белье и полотенца-на уровне «двойки».Еда однотипная.Лежаки на пляже давно надо поменять.Номера с видом на горы на 3 этаже-это вам очень повезет.Большинство же так расположены,что могут понравиться только совсем непритязательным.
Все это относится в Ambassador Hotel.Про Astoria-не знаю,поскольку переселили в первый же день.
Кстати,без предупреждений.Просто поставили перед фактом.Платный Wi-Fi,что добавило разочарований.
Не рекомендуем.

As soon as we arrived they said they will send us jn another hotel that is 5 stars and we will come back the next day. we said ok. They did not booked us in a hotel they booked in a room far away from that as said hotel. The room was dirty, moldy, broken lights, broken smoke detector, broken bathroom everything. When we came back after we argued with the manager we discovered that the hotel we booked is in reality worse that the one they send us. Everything was sticky, moldy dust everywhere, the toillet was full of somebody else’s businesses, uncomfortable bed mold in every corner of the shower cabin. Even the shower gel smelled moldy. The food was terrible. All you have to eat is some eggs in the morning with some chese because the meats was untouchable, they lookes realy nasty, for lunch and dinner some rice and maybe one dessert. They lack the variety of meat, only some chicken seasoned with something that covered the smell of old meat. The juice comes froma machine that i can bet is not real orange juice and the coffee was the worst coffee that i drank in my life. The stuff only has like 2 nice employees. Thanks for the man that gave us cookies for my sister’s birthday and the man that printed or bording passes.

Medarbejderne var alle super søde og glade. Især Isa, Bilal, Ibrahim og Helin var rigtig gode ved os. De var søde til at hjælpe, hvis man skulle finde et sted som i vores tilfælde var at finde et sted til tatoveringer.

Расположение отеля отличное(недалеко до центра, моря), чистый бассейн, классный рыжий кот, следящий за порядком))) Еда неплохая, голодным не останешься. Персонал доброжелательный и готовый помочь.

Cons:

Чистота в номерах оставляет желать лучшего...за уборку не могу даже 3 поставить. Белье и полотенца старые и застиранные. И сантехнику пора менять. Анимации в отеле нет, только музыка.

We were very pleased with the staff, who were all friendly, polite, and helpful. In particular, Control Manager Isa stood out for his attentiveness—he consistently checked to ensure everything was in order and personally asked clients about their comfort.

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious Turkish dishes. Vegetarian options were also readily available, ensuring that everyone could enjoy the meal without difficulty.

Cons:

The cleaning service did not come at the same time each day, which made it difficult to know when to expect service. Bed linen changes, towel replacements, and floor cleaning were also not carried out regularly, likely due to the hotel being at full capacity.

During our stay, the sauna was out of order and the gym equipment appeared not to be well maintained. The beach facilities could also be improved, as there was only one changing cabin and no umbrellas available during strong sun.

That said, considering the price we paid, the overall experience was still convenient and satisfactory.

After a 10-hour journey, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted, only to be told at reception that the “electricity” was off in our booked room and that no alternative rooms were available.

Instead, we were transferred to another hotel where the conditions were absolutely unacceptable — dirty, unhygienic, and inhumane.

The next day, we were assured that we would finally receive the room we had originally paid for. However, instead of the booked double room with an extra single bed, we were given a room with just two single beds — completely different from what we reserved.

Its totally obvious there was no electricity issue, but despite our reservation 6months in advance, the hotel was overbooked because of their greed.

This hotel is dishonest, misleading, and treats its guests with no respect. It feels like a scam.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

The hotel had a nice feel to it and the food was generally good.

Cons:

When we booked our confirmation said free transfers and day trips - this was a lie. Apparently the 'free transfers' is their hotel name and not an offer of their service. They're then allowed to "change their name" and not offer free transfers etc. We had to pay for transfers and there were no free trips. We asked Booking.com and you're fine with them miss selling - not good.

No room available when we arrived - we had to stay in a second hotel that night and eat breakfast in a third hotel. In the second hotel we refused the first room as the bed was sagging in the middle. They gave us a new room - not kettle or drink facilities, no wifi. The tap in the sink didn't work and we brushed our teeth in the shower that night. The handle on the balcony door came off in our hand and the air con was appalling.
