Pros:

Lovely little boutique hotel in great location. They provide Everything you need and more. (Heated) pool area is very nice, would love to spend a day there but weather didn’t cooperate for us. Convenient to all restaurants with one right next door and another across street. Breakfast voucher for full breakfast at the Mermaid (next door) is a plus. The on-site spa looked beautiful but didn’t have time to fit in a service. Walk a few blocks into town and to the beach. Highly recommend!

Unique historic hotel in great location!
Pros:

Have always wanted to stay here and it did not disappoint! Lovely historic hotel in great location in NSB. Staff were great and everything about our two night stay was exceptional!

Cons:

Nothing! It was everything we thought it would be. Would highly recommend as a unique experience on Flagler in NSB.

We had issues with our tv and wished we could access our streaming services. Maybe if we had the tv remote and not just the cable box one. Also I was super disappointed that bikes were no longer offered.

This was the perfect getaway I needed!! Everything was amazing!!
Pros:

It was a last minute reservation. Everything was exceptional from check in to check out! The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Perfect pool with cabanas available! The hotel offers both riverside and poolside rooms. The gift shop has a little bit of everything! The complimentary breakfast at the Mermaid Cafe was delicious. The staff was amazing!! The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful as well! The Grille at Riverview has beautiful views and offers outdoor seating. The food and service is top notch with steak, seafood and kid friendly options available!
