A piece of history
Pros:

Loved the location, the pool area, the quaintness of tge facility

Cons:

Stairs, stairs, stairs. This location is an antique. You must realize that when booking. The bathrooms are small and there is no elevator for those who have difficulty with stairs. But, the experience was still very good and I will definitely return.

Their rudeness when having to check out on an emergency! Had 3 nights booked & got call first night needed to come home my mother was in bad decline in hospice ! Lady was rude & would not offer 2 day refund ! Even had the nerve to ask me if I drank the bottle of wine in room that if I did I would owe for that as well ! Not caring at all - all about the money, no compassion !

Bel endroit agréable rapport qualité/prix dans ce magnifique quartier près de la mer
Pros:

Bel hôtel historique bien rénové, lit confortable, eau chaude avec bonne pression de la douche téléphone, frigo et congélateur possible à la réception . Piscine avec eau chaude et chaises longues, à environ un km de la mer, marche agréable sur rue commerciale jusque là.

Cons:

Le dépôt ( environ moitié du total) exigé à partir de la réservation. Le resto déjeuner est très bon avec service assez rapide mais dans un édifice à côté, avec peu de place à l'intérieur donc à prévoir casquette et lunettes soleil pour les tables extérieures.

Lovely place to stay, but make sure you’re on the first floor if you have mobility issues.
Pros:

Beautiful decor, nice gift shop, wonderful staff. Breakfast next door was great.

Cons:

No elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor. Didn’t know this going in - my husband and I are seniors and he has mobility issues. It was a real struggle getting up and down, especially with luggage.

Stunning coastal escape in New Smyrna Beach
Pros:

Hotel is beautiful, interiors are calming and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, made sure we were happy and had all we needed. Location is great, at the top of Flagler Avenue, just a 10 minute stroll down to the beachfront and overlooking an inland waterway and bridge. The whole visit was a pleasure.
