Overpriced, misleading information, which means to hotel is not as portrayed.
Pros:

Not very much.

Cons:

The images are completely misleading.
The hotel is meters from a main highway. The spa & grill are no longer part of it & there is no restaurant or bar. Breakfast is in an independent care that you can’t reserve & gets busy so you have to line up for access.
Bathroom is old & poor function
Room servicing is so poor that cups & glasses were left with drink reminders.

Was disappointed, the restaurant sits directly between the hotel and the water. So no views

Room we were given was very run down. Carpet was dirty and looked like it had not been vacuumed before last guest
Floor in bathroom was torn and ripped and started to tear
Vanity was beat up looking and chipping paint
Restaurant directly between hotel and water. Hotel noise and smell were bad. The pictures on website are misleading!

Boutique hotel that feels like a bed and breakfast.
Pros:

It was very quaint. Great location and was extremely convenient to the intercostal. We enjoyed sitting in the water for drinks as the sunset, and the breakfast at the Mermaid Cafe was prefect.

Pros:

We liked the ambiance and the location. The lobby was very nice. Coffee, tea and water were always available. The pool was an unexpected amenity which we enjoyed.

Cons:

One of the lightbulbs was out in overhead fan light in our room. It was not replaced until the next day.
There were instructions for a/c but not for the shower; we had difficulty figuring out how to get hot water in the shower.
