Ideal para verano, no para invierno
Pros:

Para el verano esta genial el sitio, vistas increibles y buen servicio

Cons:

No está preparado para el invierno, tuvimos que cambiar de alojamienro porque estabamos a unos -10 grados y solo habia un heater, la habitacion es enorme y no calentaba nada, tuvimos que acortar la estancia y cambiar a uno con calentador. Tambien se congelaron las tuberias y estuvimos sin agua por la mañana.
El sitio esta genial pero para verano, el invierno lo tienen que mejorar ....

The stay was enjoyable and relaxing and the staff is ever ready to help
Pros:

We were travelling a lot so didnt have a chance to have breakfast but the stay and location were exceptional we visited two or three establishments beforehand and enjoyed the stay at Lokal Katpana way more than any other location due to the view and serenity. Anees the manager was also very propmpt in assisting us in any matter be it our car troubles or seeking advice from his sources of the routes ahead and tadvising us on places to visit

Cons:

There is a pond at the front of the rooms and at the back of the rooms where there is a sitting area water stands there in the field which attaracts a lot of mosquitos the staff were prompt enough to provide us repellants but in my opinion if the stagnant water issue could be resolved the mosquito issue would be as well.

Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und außerordentlich geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle vom bzw. zum Flughafen Skardu. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann leicht in die nahe gelegene Katpanawüste spazieren. Zunächst gab es kein heißes Wasser im Bad. Eine kleine Nachfrage beim Manager genügte, um das Problem zu lösen.

Cons:

Es gibt kein Restaurant, aber man kann aus einer umfangreichen Speisekarte der eigenen Küche auswählen und kann im Zimmer oder im Außenbereich essen. Die Fotos der Außenanlagen sind ein wenig übertrieben.

Relaxing nice stay!
Pros:

Nice and clean hotel in a quiet surrounding, right next to the desert. A nice break from the intensity of Skardu and its traffic 🙂Breakfast outside overlooking landscape is super relaxing. Staff is super nice and helped me organize riding in the desert. Would stay again!

Amazing staff and rooms
Pros:

La struttura ha un laghetto artificiale con delle carpe dove si può pescare, un posto ampio fuori dove si può sedere e godere i pasti, ma soprattutto lo staff è davvero accogliente e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, come per noi ha organizzato anche la macchina per visitare deosai.

Tutto perfetto.

Must stay at Lokal Katpana Skardu
Pros:

I had lovely time spent with my wife in Lokal katpana skardu they have awesome view the staff was very nice and cooperative room was very clean and tidy, they have their own shutter service run from airport to resort by mr. Shabir who was good person even they gave us their guide mr. Ilyas he was perfect person for trip and we really enjoyed his company thanks Lokal Katpana Skardu Especially mr Irfan.

Simply perfect
Pros:

The hospitality and the beauty of the place. The apartment is very comfortable, modern, and well-furnished. The warm welcome and helpfulness of Irfan and the entire staff were truly exceptional, and the outdoor breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view.
