A wonderful apartment with an even more wonderful view
Pros:

A beautifully furnished apartment with an excellent layout — every detail thoughtfully taken care of. Highly recommended!

Cozy and clean.
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean! We loved the view from the balcony. Cozy place and nice bathroom. All basic necessities are available. A convenient store is nearby. The neighborhood feels safe. The host and staff are accommodating. We had a smooth check-in and out.

Very nice location, recommended
Pros:

Everything was up to western type of standards.

Cons:

The apartment building is in constant fight with roaches, luckily I havent encountered but one, they are doing the best they can but its the Philippines so an impossible task almost.

Excellent location, value, and staff
Pros:

Property and room were excellent, perfect sized room, has everything needed, and host (if that's the right term) was amazing. Will stay there is possible on my next visit.

Overall I had a pleasant time staying here.
Pros:

The place is very clean and it smelled so nice.
The sunset view on the 36th floor balcony is amazing!

Cons:

The neighborhood is a bit dodgy but it’s the reality of life in Manila.
