Pros:

Never trust this type of property they make you stay in different named hotel

Pros:

Booking.com ate our money we paid money and the booking was not confirmed the guest were denied checkin they said they dont have booking. Received email from fab hotels also stating its booking.com mistake and not fab hotels. WE NEED REFUND

Pros:

Easy access, great location. Very close to Kolkata vfs office for biometrics. We checked in at 1am in night, hotel people where available. Room was big enough, bed was comfortable, toilet was decent. But very makeshift. We had breakfast, idili chutney was really good.

Cons:

There was no booking in my name. Fab hotels had not confirmed cause i had not done the initial payment. When it clearly said pay at property.
Hence checkin was quite hectic. So late at night. If i was travelling alone would be a huge problem
The building it self is very old. Room had cracks, didnt look new or nice at all. Not a fan of the hotel. But choose it for convenience

AS PER MY STAY EXPERIENCE I DON'T RECOMND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE.

ROOM SERVICE TAKEN MY CLOTHS & VALUABLE THINGS FROM MY CUPBOARD AND WHEN I ASKED TO STAFF THEY DID NOT HAVE IDEA ABOUT THIS. ALSO I HAVE BOOKED HALF BOARD MEAL AND FOUND NOTHING LIKE GOOD MEAL. I ASKED FOR TEA IN BREAKFAST & THEY TOOK 1 HOUR TO PROVIDE A SIMPLE TEA.

2. No kitchen and room service was pathetic
3. Only number available was reception and for a cup of tea it took them 1.5 hrs to bring
4. Window panes are broken and without latch

I just wanted to leave the hotel asap. Totally disappointed

Pros:

It was an overall pleasant experience.. earlier the ac was not working properly,but the person on reception Mr Ankur Singh take utmost care to make our stay pleasant, by getting it repaired and providing al the basic amenities at times.
Location is perfect,it s on main road so taxi, auto, eating joints are nearby.. breakfast provided was very good.
Housekeeping staff was also nice.they make sure to change linens everytime... Nice and peaceful area. Also with good vibes .
