Not the best cost-benefit hotel.
Pros:

They have elevators and the size of the room was good! The AC worked really well.

Cons:

The cleaning was not really good, we saw some nasty bugs. There is no hot water. Our room had a window, but it was with a black glass that you couldn’t see anything, it was also broken, we couldn’t close it. The location is also not the best to walk around, you need uber or tuktuk. There was A LOT of noise of other guests that was staying in the hotel, some kids from school talking the hole night in front of our door. I think we payed a lot for what we got!

Do not stay here, disgusting, health hazard and pictures on here are not an accurate representation of actual state.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Poor communication from staff, lack of response in replying to messages prior to arrival. Had informed them we would be arriving at around 5am, they said it was no problem. We arrived to the doors being chained together with a padlock and three men sleeping on the ground at hotel reception. We had to wake them up in order to enter the accommodation. When we arrived to the room, it was filthy. Baby cockroaches and mosquitoes were everywhere, floor was dirty, bedding was all stained with coffee and dirty, bathroom was dirty. This accommodation was not like the pictures at all, we believe the pictures have been enhanced by AI and is not an accurate representation of accommodation. My partner and I also got bites all over our back for the few hours we slept there.

As the accommodation was so dirty and uncomfortable, we left after 5 hours. We had booked to stay 4 nights. Do not stay here.
