The hotel is in a great. Walking distance to Karol Bagh Metro and Market. Staff was polite and check-in was smooth.

Helpful and welcoming staff
Attitude of the receptionist, facilities, and cleanliness all left a lot to be desired. We initially booked three rooms for a group of four and were told that the third room would be in a separate property elsewhere. None of us felt safe venturing outside at night so we cancelled the third room. The bathroom had mould and the water tank (above the toilet) dripped. There were cockroaches and dodgy switches in the room. I am convinced that positive reviews about the hotel are fake as surely no one has such low standards.

Das Hotel ist völlig heruntergewirtschaftet! Es ist dreckig, im Zimmer große Flecken und Schimmel an der Wand. Bettlaken und Bettbezug waren deutlich eingerissen. Aus dem Wasserhahn kam kaum Wasser. Um 23:30 Uhr klopfte es mehrmals an der Zimmertür. Es war ein Techniker, der nach dem Fernseher schauen wollte, den ich aber nicht moniert, da nicht benutzt hatte. Und, und, und!
