Great place to relax.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and well furnished. Lots of things to do. Breakfast had a huge variety of food and the staff was very friendly, helpful and explained how everything works.

Cons:

The only thing that comes to my mind is the coffee machine in the restaurant. The cappuccino was extremely sweet. I had one sip and left everything in the cup. And I chose the regular one. I can just imagine how sweet is the one with chocolate.... Resuming, the coffee machine produce very poor coffees.

tudo maravilhoso, excelente! a familia ficou encantada porque não esperava tanto conforto e luxo! Achei que fosse ser longe, mas não é tão longe assim dos pontos turisticos!

Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo y la ubicación me gusto porque no está en el centro, pero el centro no queda muy lejos.

Cons:

No me gustó la limpieza en la habitación y el estado de algunas toallas no se corresponde a un hotel de esa categoría.

Estrutura excepcional, tudo muito bem limpo e cuidado, atendimento excelente em todos os contatos com atendentes de diversas áreas, eventos constante no hotel como a degustação de vinhos e o café muito fresco e variado.

Cons:

O café da manhã sempre muito cheio, parece ser aberto ao público e não exclusivo do hotel por em alguns dias tive fila de espera para entrar no salão e as demais instalações do hotel estavam relativamente vazias. Neste mesmo dia, a reposição deixou a desejar, visto o número de pessoas, faltaram diversos itens e inclusive pratos, talheres e xícaras.
