I'd stay again
Pros:

Bed was comfy. Kitchen was nice to have

Cons:

Check in was extremely slow bc only one person was working. Check out was slow for the same reason.
I don't think our room was vacuumed because there was a strip of plastic on the floor by the bed when we got there.

Horrible. Couldn’t get any sleep. Wasted $130.
Pros:

Not much after no sleep and being told owners were aware of problems and refuse to do anything. A discount or comp would have been in order.

Cons:

No tv remote. Volume could not be changed. Was put in room 102 at end of hall by door going to pool. People went in and out all night and it slammed loudly every time and shook our room door. There was gap at bottom of door that let in too much light and even with both curtains pulled too much light. So not much sleep. Also door didn’t close well you had to double check it and reclose it. That room shouldn’t be rented out until doors are fixed and light problems fixed unless it to a deaf blind person. And told front desk concerns and was told owners are well aware but won’t do anything. First time there and most likely last time. And I see 2 $50 holds instead 1 for incidentals. Both better come off.

Nice hotel, but the AC and hallway noise kept the stay from being as good as it could’ve been.
Pros:

The hotel had several things I genuinely appreciated. It was clean throughout the property, and every staff member I interacted with was polite and helpful. The lobby and common areas were well‑kept and had a comfortable, welcoming feel, which made a good first impression when I arrived. The location was also a big plus — it made getting around easy and convenient for everything I needed during my stay. My mother stayed on the fourth floor and had a quiet, comfortable experience with no issues at all, so I know the hotel is capable of providing a really solid stay depending on the room placement.

Cons:

My room had a couple of problems that made things less comfortable. The air conditioning never cooled below 75 degrees, which made sleeping tough for me. I also dealt with loud hallway noise every night around 2 a.m. — doors slamming and echoing through the walls. Since my mother didn’t hear anything from her floor, I’m guessing the noise is more of a first‑floor issue. I didn’t get the chance to mention it to the front desk, but I wanted to leave this feedback for future guests who might be sensitive to temperature or noise.
