The location.
Food was disappointing and not enough variety. Every buffet had the same type of food and flavor. The all inclusive package only allows for 2 sodas and 2 waters in your room per day!
Location is great, views are stunning and the property has convenient amenities including a laundromat on site, a market onsite and multiple restaurants to choose from.
The staff were only nice so long as you had no questions or issues. If you asked any clarifying questions or needed help with something they didn’t want to deal with, they we’re confrontational and nasty. The waiters double charged our debit card and then charged the room and the hotel refused to remove the charges saying we signed the tickets, though the waiters told us to sign the tickets with our room number every time. Turns out we didn’t need to if we were paying by card which we didn’t know. Trying to resolve this made us miss our shuttle to the airport and we almost missed our flight. Their only resolution to this was trying to get us to pay more money for a private car. We used to come here quite often for the convenience and service, now the service is poor and everything is overpriced and even with overpricing they still try to scam you and make you pay more for everything. Myself, my family and friends will not return.
