What guest room I was in, just a note on the door would have been helpful, and the tap in the kitchen needs attention

It was my first time renting a room in a house, and wasn't sure exactly how to handle when the other houseguests arrived at midnight and seemed to have issues getting in.

When I originally booked the place their was no mention of it being a shared accommodations. I only found out once I booked it and it had a no refund policy. You have to book both rooms to have the whole place to yourself. Two many rules as they had bathroom, bedroom and House rules some which insulted an average person's intelligence. Parking for 1 car at this place with additional parking around the corner.

A/c wasn’t on when we arrived, was difficult to figure out, house was hot when we arrived. Code to get into bedroom was too many digits long. No coffee provided. Bath towels were nice. Soap and shampoo for the shower would’ve been a nice touch.

Could not get volume control on tv remote until I called the contact number. I have never seen that kind of volume control operation. Should have provided some guide on operation. It was apparent that there was not a good cleaning...fridge had left over food, dining table had not been cleaned and showed evidence of last meal, rug in living room showed evidence of no vacuuming. Found a hair in the bed during inspection before bed time. Bed did not have a top sheet only the comforter which made me wonder if the comforter is washed between guests. No pillow cases, only a sham which I removed. Are the pillows washed between guests?? Poor water pressure for the shower.
