Sehr schöne Lage. Beim Betreten des Hotels muss man die Schuhe ausziehen, worauf auch mehrfach hingewiesen wird.

Das Hotel selbst ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Nachdem wir unser Zimmer bezogen hatten, stellten wir jedoch fest, dass sowohl das Bett als auch die Handtücher stark muffig rochen. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten – leider war dort derselbe Geruch vorhanden.

Als wir dies erneut ansprachen, wurde unsere Buchung auf unseren Wunsch hin storniert, obwohl sie eigentlich nicht stornierbar war. Wir haben den vollen Betrag zurückerstattet bekommen, was wir wirklich sehr positiv hervorheben möchten.

Pros:

Location is around the corner of the Tanah Rata town of few minutes walk. Room and bathroom is super clean. Lift is provided. Car park also available. There is pantry spaces to have coffee and tea provided.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Unterkunft bietet viele Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, innen und außen, eine sehr saubere Küche mit kostenlosem Tee und Kaffee sowie Trinkwasser. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Worth every sen. A very pleasant experience staying here.

The place was clean, atmosphere was quiet. Everyone respected each other's boundaries. The place looks bright, is comfortable and very homely.

Clean, quiet, cosy, courteous staffs, amenities, plenty of spaces and places to kick back and relax in the common areas, ie lobby, pantry, study room, etc.

Pros:

Dapat bilik 101, bersih gila..even pintu masuk lift semua bersih. Puas hati gila. Kita laki bini jenis ade resdung, selama 4 hari langsung takde bersin bersin ke apa. Hopefully pihak hotel terus consistent jaga kebersihan. Definitely will repeat again kalau ke Cameron.

Pros:

Location with walking distance to food areas. Resting areas for group gathering. Can cook yr own steam boat with yr own portable stove otherwise they hv induction cooker n 24hrs beverage are ready to make yr oen.

Cons:

Just an unfortunate incident with a vehicle alam rang more than 10 times on 8th April night.
