Cons:

The receptionist came across as a bit rude and not very welcoming. The place itself also felt a little odd and not as comfortable as expected. Although they present it as a friendly and relaxing place, that was not my experience. I personally would not recommend this place if you are looking for a genuinely good vacation. The stay was disappointing, with a money-minded approach and an uncomfortable policy of holding my passport for a refundable 100 MYR deposit.

Great location for a stay in the Cameron Highlands
Pros:

Great two night stay here. Lovely big building with ample secure parking at the front. The location is superb too - a short walk into town but far enough to be quiet at night. Room was spacious and comfortable and staff very friendly. The hotel organises tours if you need them and has a communal space and shared kitchen area.

Cons:

Having to remove shoes at the front door to the hotel and keep them off whenever inside the building was a minor inconvenience and not something we’ve experienced anywhere else.

Pleasant, helpful staff, quiet environment.
Pros:

Quite clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet environment, though just a little bit away from the main road.

Cons:

If I want to nitpick, I can see some stains here and there, on the floor and on some surfaces.
