No fuss and simple place to stay. Has all your basic needs
Pros:

Location is close to amenities and food options for the area in San Juan. Beds and towels are clean with basic amenities. Wifi is decent

Cons:

Floors are dusty and dirty, feet turns black when I walk around in the room.

Clean and good location
Pros:

We like the room and location, our room is spacey, clean and comfy, the location is accessible to transport at the doorstep, walking distance to public market and food chains, and there's laundry service across the road.

Cons:

No daily housekeeping. We stayed for 6 nights.
