Pros:

Its old worldly charm

Cons:

The bed was the smallest double ever!!! My husband is 6ft snd his legs hung over the end. We did not even have room to turn round as it was that narrow!

Great Value
Pros:

Beautiful building in a lovely high street. Great welcome and the rooms were beautifully furnished. Roast was really nice as was breakfast. Great value but hospitality not compromised at all because of price.

Pros:

The location was fantastic for Borough Hall.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was decorated in keeping with the old building but everything felt new and clean.

Cons:

There was no lift to the rooms. The staff did offer to carry my bag up to my room but I declined as they did not point our there was not a lift.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Location was good for bus and train journeys. Excellent staff in all departments and a very welcoming and comfortable environment to stay in. Lunch and evening meals were good although slightly expensive

Cons:

The only very small gripe was that the room tea / coffee facilities weren’t replenished if you chose to go with a ‘green’ option and not have the rim cleaned every day.

A good, central hotel in Godalming
Pros:

A clean and comfy room with drinks and biscuits provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast but had a nice meal in the evening. Great location in the centre of Godalming.

I slept well, and enjoyed the food.
Pros:

Very convenient location, comfortable bed, nice feeling in the room

Cons:

I think this carpet needed to be vacuumed a little more as I found stones and bits of rubbish on it.

Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:
