Pros:

The staff were really helpful and friendly, and spoke brilliant English. The room was really nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The balcony wasnt great as got no sun and the location was a bit out of the way, if the hotel served food a bit later than it does that would have been better.

Excellent hotel. Has a few flaws but generally very good and would recommend
Pros:

Very good value for money, very clean, lovely staff, clean and comfortable beds with decent mattresses. Tv is great, Pool is nice, gym is good. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone. The only problems were breakfast is extremely bad, the food was stone cold, bad quality and limited selection. Wouldn’t advise paying for the breakfasts. But if you go to the cafe or restaurant during the day and buy additional food, it’s very good. The only other irritating thing was noise. For some reason we get woken up around 4am/5am every single night by loud noises, people slamming doors and furniture being move. Furniture always seems to be being moved during the night which is annoying and bizarre. Other than this, we love the hotel. I have also made friends with the cat that comes in and out and have named him Ben

Noises at night from staff and other customers. Very bad breakfast!

Ratana rassada hotel
Pros:

All the staff are very nice and polite.
The rooms and pool are clean.

Cons:

A bit far from the beach but can be solved by Grab, Bolt n Indrive. Nothing much around except 7 11 and a huge Super Cheap supermarket nearby both about 5 minutes walk. Food wise, a couple of local places nearby. Otherwise Grab food. If you like a quiet place this is it. Stay for 1 month.

Pros:

The staff were very pleasant. Super helpful and nice.
The chefs in the kitchen were fantastic. Shame though that the owners or managers decided to make it à la carte instead of a buffet in the middle of our stay.

Cons:

They didn’t really enforce their no smoking rules both for weed and normal cigarette smoking. Not good for kids since it came through the air conditioning.
