breakfast available only 1/2 of the mornings I stayed. Very loud staff talking in the hallway in the morning and woke all of us up. Unfriendly late night clerk at counter. Very expensive snacks for sale

Pros:

Good option overall, good location you can walk from the border to the hotel around 20 minutes, a lot of stores in the El Paso Downtown, the Hotel is ok clean not bad, the staff is amazing very kind.

Cons:

There are some people from the outside that are not guests of the hotel that goes in and out, I felt a little bit unsafe with my family, nothing bad, but I think is better to not allow people from the outside only go in and out, we never know what could happen, it's matter of time that something will happen, I hope no, but with no control...

the room was great, spacious, clean, and beds and pillows so very comfortable.
Enjoyed very much all the Dove products in bathroom.

Cons:

Understand we were there on Holiday weekend, but I would think hotel staff would be ready and equipped for the crowds. Food was running low, pans were empty and the lady handling the breakfast area was alone, trying to keep up with it all. And one thing we didn't care for was fact there were no ice machines on any floors. You have to take your ice bucket down to this same woman to fill it up. That was unnecessary, time consuming.
