Arrivée tardive un peu difficile avec l’automate mais la personne est venue très vite
Attention check out un peu tôt et à respecter absolument sous peine de vous faire bousculer et menacer de surcoût

Lieu excentré et calme.Grand parking. Personnel attentif et très aimable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées.

Camera spaziosa, silenziosa, pulita, buoni materassi. I nostri figli avevano un letto per ciascuno, molto funzionale. Bagno molto pulito. L'hotel si trova in buona posizione, fuori dal caos di Marsiglia ma a 15 min di auto dalla zona centrale. Boulangerie e supermercato 2 min di auto dall'hotel. Staff disponibile e gentile, ci hanno mostrato la camera e dato tanti suggerimenti. L'aria condizionata funzionava benissimo. La camera è dotata di un bollitore con piccole dolcezze offerte dall'hotel e di un piccolo frigobar. Ampio parcheggio gratuito.Wifi gratuito e funzionava benissimo.

Non ho nulla d segnare, tutto bene.

Bien accueillis et personnel à l'écoute...mais propreté et équipements à revoir pour un 3 étoiles

- isolé du bruit citadin
- cadre verdoyant
- accueil sympathique par la réceptionniste qui nous a guidés à notre chambre et a permis aux enfants une baignade dans la piscine dès notre arrivée.

Cons:

Globalement la propreté a été un frein pour que nous puissions être sereins. Notre choix s'est porté sur cet établissement pour sa note de propreté. Nous étions décontenancés mais nous apprécions que le necessaire ait été fait lorsque nous avons signalé les désagréments :
- Siphon de douche bouché la première nuit
- Pompe du distributeur de savon inutilisable.
- WC sale, et les dames de service ont bien nettoyé à notre demande
- traces de mains et de café sur la tête de lit et sur le chevet

A noter : une seule prise électrique pour 3 équipements placés au niveau du bureau. Il a fallu choisir entre utiliser la bouilloire, la télévision ou le petit réfrigérateur.
