Pros:

Espace spacieux et belles chambres. Super échanges avec l'hôte et indications pour arrivée à l'appartement.

Great place to stay, safe, and in amazing location.
Pros:

The location is amazing, easy access, close to the mall, close to the grocery store (6 minutes walking), safe neighborhood, great place to walk around, great city view. Was amazing to see the city in the morning with the sun rising.

Great location, great size, could be cleaner
Pros:

How safe it feels being in a gated community. Easy to get to, really big rooms. Owner really easy to get hold of. Booked with extremely short notice and was still able to get into the property on time. Even let us check out later.

Cons:

The cleanliness. The bathrooms still had trash in the trash cans, the last persons shampoo bottles in the bathroom. Mould in the bath, the paint peeling off the ceiling. Hair in the bath from the previous tenants.

I wasted $6,400 to stay here for 17 nights. DO NOT waste your money staying here!
Pros:

The only positive aspect of this property is the location.

Cons:

This property is disgusting and in need of maintenance.
The flooring in the kitchen is dirty and worn.
The carpet in the bedrooms and hallway are filthy dirty and need to be replaced. The timber flooring in the living area is dirty and needs to be replaced. The kitchen vinyl flooring is dirty and needs to be replaced.
Nearly every wall is marked or damaged.
There were no bath plugs. The toilet seat is broken.
Several vertical blind slates were missing on every window.
There is no air conditioning.
The TV needs updating as Netflix was not compatible with the TV.
One of the lounges is torn and taped.
The table and chairs are old and unstable.
The pillows old and uncomfortable. (We purchased new pillows to enable us to sleep).
There are no onsite staff to assist because apparently Park La Brea apartments have a policy that apartments cannot be rented as holiday accommodation!

Great location, great price, great host
Pros:

Caghan the host was always attentive to our needs. I recommend this place a 100%, great location, close to Hollywood walk of fame stars, spacious, great view and the apartment has everything you need for your stay.
