Absolutely love everything
Nothing i can think of. They might consider having breakfast options though but it's close to many restaurants so no complaints

The hotel is right in the centre so very easy to get around anywhere from there. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby as well (and obviously, Times Square). The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times (gave us late checkout and lent us a scale to weigh our luggage).
In the lobby they have cold water and cookies all day long for guests.
They will stor your luggage if you want.
Rooms were a good size and very clean. Super kitchen and comfy beds. Sheets and towels very clean.
The air conditioner in the room made a bit of noise.

Perfect walking location to everywhere and everything. No complaints about that. From Times Square, Madison Square garden,penn station, mohainyan station, subways, and every food/ restaurant is within a 10 to 15 min walk
That $100 is a bummer cos after paying city taxes, why do I need to pay anything again

It was very nice to have free coffee and cold water in the lobby and the free use of washer and dryer was very convenient.

There wasn’t an armchair in the room, there were no place to hang clothes in the bathroom and on top of all we found chewing gum on the headrest.
We complained to the receptionist and he gave us another room and there was an armchair and hangers in the bathroom.
In both rooms the handle in the shower was useless as it was in the far end of the bathtub.
Also, the room is for 2 but only one side of the bed has a small table and a lamp. The other partner has no place to put a book \ glasses \ anything.
Cleaning is only once a week unless you specifically ask at the reception to have it cleaned.
The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. Great location.
Property needs updates. The curtains have holes in them. We couldn't fully close the curtains. You can tell paint and everything is old. There was no water in the cooler for sale. Cleaning staff were loud in the hallways in the mornings.
Good size room, nice kitchenette with big fridge. Very nice staff at the front desk. Great location close to Times Square.
2 weeks after checking out they still didn’t release my deposit. Had to call and ask for it - then they did. Should be automatic and straightforward.

I like the location.
The bed was crooked, and the room was slanted. While I was naked in the room, a hotel employee suddenly tried to enter without permission—I managed to stop them at the last second. The refrigerator was leaking water, and the room door was faulty. We had to change our room on the 4th day
