Great and convenient location to what NYC has to offer.
Pros:

We valued the location being so convenient to subway and rail stations as well as Times Square.

The staff on the front desk were always helpful and happy to assist.

The unexpected bonus for us was the laundry.

Pros:

Super studio bien équipé et une excellente literie pour bien se reposer ! Rue plutôt calme à côté du brouhaha de Time Square . Super bien placé dans Manhattan. Propre et confortable.

Innanzitutto l'hotel ha stanze dotate di cucina equipaggiata di tutto il necessario e oltre (ci sono anche lavastoviglie, forno microonde, macchina per il caffè americano, ecc.) che a NY è fondamentale per mangiare bene e risparmiare davvero tanto; inoltre offre tutta una serie di servizi aggiuntivi e gratuiti che fanno davvero la differenza: acqua (particolaremente apprezzata), tè e caffè sempre disponibili nella lobby oltre a uno snack sia al mattino che al pomeriggio (mini muffin o cookies); lavatrici e asciugatrici utilizzabili gratuitamente al piano seminterrato dove c'è anche una palestra. Posizione ottima tra Broadway e Hell's Kitchen a pochi minuti da Times Square e da tutto quello che c'è da vedere a Midtown con la metro davvero vicina. La nostra stanza era in una zona silenziosissima; il letto comodissimo i cuscini lo stesso. Hanno fatto le pulizie ogni giorno. Infine non abbiamo avuto assolutamente alcun problema con gli ascensori.

with the half dozen or so hotels within 30s of each other, this place needs to do better.
Pros:

staff was nice. kitchenette helped. saw techs get a woman out of a stuck elevator. fast elevators.

Cons:

ac unit smelled bad. controls weren't functioning properly. someone came and black taped the controls. I think they replaced the air filters at my suggestion. never got offered to stay in another room without these deficiencies.

bed felt kinda uneven. pillows had no firmness at all to them.

light bulb missing from fixture. tech made two trips after explaining he had the wrong light bulb.

housekeeping came by before i got ready to leave for the day. i asked to wait 5 mins, but they ended up not providing housekeeping until the next day.

TV had controls locked out so I couldn't disable motion smoothing.

had two garbage bins in different colour. when asked why the two staff didn't know the answer.

complimentary cookies were nice but they didn't taste very good.

no extra tissue or toilet paper roll in the bathroom cabinet. maybe because they were getting stolen but at the cost of the room i would think supplying one extra would be negligible.

laundry services were free but they no longer provided detergent.

住んでいるように滞在できてとても良かったです
Pros:

キッチンの設備が充実していて、まるで住んでいるように過ごせた。
高層階だったので眺めも良かった。洗濯乾燥機の利用が無料だったのはとても大きい

Para ser New York es un sitio fantástico
Pros:

La ubicación, lo bien equipada que estaba la habitación, el servicio de atención tanto en front desk como el de limpieza.
Tienes un gimnasio gratuito (con lo basico) y servicio de lavandería abierto (tienes que traer tu propio detergente) ademas de una mini tienda en el hall con cosas básicas.
