Miły hotel w dobrej lokalizacji nad brzegiem Gardy. Piękny basen, leżaki (ręczniki) i widok. Przyjemna chodź mała plaża nad jeziorem. Wspaniały widok z balkonu. Loteria z możliwością wygrania rejsu. Przyjemne serwowane śniadania, parking. Możliwość noclegu z psem (duża otwartość). Dobre sprzątanie. Bezpłatne supy.
Obsługa baru, szczególnie kelnera / barmana. Wysoka opłata za psa (brak misek, posłania). Wysoka cena za dobę. Pokoje czyste i dość wygodne ale przestarzałe.
Uns hat alles gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Hotel war sehr sauber, nettes aufmerksames Personal, ausreichende Liege Möglichkeiten, schöner Wellnessbereich und super leckeres vielfältiges Frühstück. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei auch er war herzlich willkommen und durfte überall mit hin ( er hat zur Begrüßung ein kleines Geschenk bekommen )

Die Lage, Aussicht und vor allem die Gartenanlage waren sehr schön.
Aufzug war bei unserer Ankunft defekt (mussten 3 schwere Koffer in den zweiten Stock tragen).
Hotelpersonal ging im Treppenhaus direkt hinter uns und bat uns keinerlei Hilfe an mit unserem Gepäck.
Nach unserer 12 stündigen Autofahrt wollten wir nurmehr „warm“ duschen gehen und schlafen, jedoch war kein Warmwasser vorhanden!
In der Hotelbar/Restaurant wurden wir nicht beachtet, obwohl nur 2 andere Tische besetzt waren. Wir haben 15 Minuten auf einen Kellner gewartet, welcher zwar ständig an uns vorbeigegangen ist, es aber nicht für nötig hielt uns eine Getränkekarte/Speißekarte zu geben. Stattdessen wurden die anderen zwei Tische regelmäßig mit Getränken versorgt. Nach 15 Minuten sind wir aufgestanden und in ein anderes, nahegelegenen Restaurant gegangen.
Im Badezimmer ist eine der Deckenlampen defekt. Die Klimatisierung im Flur war laut Hotelpersonal defekt, weshalb es zu enorm hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Hotelgängen kam. Die Balkontür lässt sich durch einen mechanischen Defekt nur sehr schwer schließen. Im Badezimmer an den Silikonfugen ist schwarzer Schimmel zu sehen.

Maravilloso lugar, me encantaron las instalaciones, lo bien equipado que estaba la habitación. Es un plus el área de spa. El desayuno estaba estupendo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y en definitiva pienso volver. Por desgracia solo me quede una noche porque solo era una pequeña escapada del trabajo.

There was a great selection of food at breakfast. The view of the lake from our room was absolutely stunning. The hotel also has a small private beach with crystal-clear water.
We had dinner at the Michelin-starred NIN restaurant, and it left a wonderful impression. I highly recommend dining there.
It was my husband's birthday during our stay, and the hotel kindly offered him a complimentary 25-minute massage, which was a lovely gesture.
The spa area was also excellent, with several saunas and a jacuzzi.
Excellent location and facilities. You can walk , swim hike and do kitesurfing .
A little old fashioned design but it is typical for Italy 🇮🇹

Exceeded our expectations in every way. An idyllic location, spacious spotless rooms, and secure parking. Breakfast was exceptional, with both à la carte and buffet options including smoothies, great coffee, eggs benedict, waffles, pancakes and more. The best part? Complimentary e-bikes, canoes, paddleboards, kayaks, even a little Italian car to explore in, plus a beautiful private spa - all included in your stay. Without a doubt, the best value hotel we stayed at during our trip around Lake Garda. We'll be sending our family here as soon as possible. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Genuinely we only wish we'd booked to stay longer!!
