Please note the spa is accessible free of charge from 15:00 until 19:00, upon reservation. It is closed on Saturdays. Access to the spa is not allowed to guests aged 16 and younger.

Dogs and children under 5 are not allowed in the gourmet restaurant. Dog Sitter and Baby Sitter available on request.

Pros:

L'emplacement, la piscine, les infrastructures, la propreté, le service, la clim super efficace dans notre chambre, le petit déjeuner servi à table et le sourire de 2 charmantes demoiselles (une au petit déjeuner et une au bar )
Les messieurs avaient plus de peine ...

Cons:

Que l'on nous parle en allemand avant de savoir quelle langue on parle.... nous avons choisi des vacances en Italie et en Italie on parle ITALIEN !!!
La carte du restaurant le soir.... peu de choix....

Die Lage ist einfach top. Frühstück alles da was man möchte.
Zimmer in Ordnung, Großes Badezimmer, leider etwas wenig Platz für die Ablage der Hygienartikel. Wäre schön wenn
in dem großen Badezimmer eine Handtuchhalterung angebracht wäre.

Cons:

Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad sind zu wenig.

Tolles Zimmer (bekamen und upgrade), Aussicht super.
Frühstück á la carte super lecker.
Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, Sprechen durchgehend u. a. englisch und deutsch.
eigener Parkplatz am Hotel, ein wenig eng um zu rangieren, aber immer freie Plätze.

Cons:

diverse Mängel im Zimmer ( Lampe defekt, nicht ganz ungefährlich, wurde aber sofort nach Meldung repariert, TV defekt, wurde aber 2 Tage später ausgetauscht).
Handtuch-Haken lose, Elektrik gewöhnungsbedürftig > für ein 4 Sterne-Haus etwas schwach bei den Kleinigkeiten
Restaurants:
Restaurant "NIN" mit 1 Michelin-Stern: sorry, ich möchte einfach essen und mich nicht mit Mikro-Portionen abgeben. Das ist experimentelles Kochen, und die Preise (110€ - 160€ fürs Menü und 80 - 160€ für die "Weinbegleitung") sind fernab jeder Verhältnismäßigkeit.
Restaurant "Bistro AL Vas": leider nur ein Ableger des NIN, sehr überschaubare und hochpreisige Speisekarte, und wenig davon was man sich in Italien wünschen würde.
Die Preise für Bistro-Bar am Pool waren ok, man muss aber erstmal wissen, dass man per WhattsApp bestellen muss, um am Pool bedient zu werden.

Tolles Hotel, wunderschöner Urlaub, kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes à la carte Frühstück. Allerdings muss man sich erst eine wenig daran gewöhnen, bis man einen guten Überblick hat. 😊 Ansonsten liegt das Hotel wunderschön direkt am See mit kleinem Privatstrand und kostenlosen Subs und Kajaks. Das Laden für das Auto kostenlos. Das Personal war stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Einfach ein tolles Hotel und eine absolute Empfehlung! Kommen gerne wieder! 😊

Cons:

Der Boden im Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können (auch in den Ecken). Zudem wäre ein Einschreiten durch das Personal bei den täglichen Handtuch-Reservierungen bei den Liegen am Pool und am Strand sehr wünschenswert. Auch das kurzzeitige Parken vor der Tür, wurde nicht wirklich kontrolliert. Dadurch kam man teilweise sehr schlecht auf den eigentlichen Parkplatz des Hotels.

One of the most relaxing trips I've been on.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful location, very nice staff, food was excellent. Beachfront access to the lake.
Prices in the hotel are also reasonable.
Just an incredibly relaxing stay.

I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to unwind and take in the sun and the water.

Cons:

There were some odd issues with the lights in the rooms. Sometimes flickering in the bathroom, and in the bedroom, if you plugged in a phone charger, the room lights would switch on.
Nothing impactful but strange.

The spa is nice but the sauna temperature felt low, and there is not enough seats for the amount of people admitted if everyone wants to sit down (which did happen while we were there due to a rain shower)

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit Top Erholungswert!
Pros:

Die Zimmere waren sehr schön und sauber. Die Frühstückswünsche waren großteils ungewohnter Weise individuell zu bestellen, was uns aber nicht nur von der Qualität sondern auch von der Vielfalt begeisterte. Das Sportangebot war vielfältig und kostenlos. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr geschmackvoll angelegt. Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden - E-Autos können kostenlos geladen werden. Die Kulinarik und die Wein/Prosecco-Auswahl war oberste Klasse.

Cons:

Das Service war anfangs verschlafen. Bestellungen vom Strand wurden nicht registriert und nach persönlicher Intervention nur träge ausgeführt bzw. wurden beim Frühstück Bestellungen erst nach Nachfragen erhalten.
