駅から近くて便利。
Pros:

駅から近く、設備も新しい。
客層は良く皆さんマナー良く泊まられていました。

Cons:

チェックインのためのQRが送られてくるが、それは使えないと言う事でお客様がちまちまとその場で個人情報を一から打ち直して入るという作業をやります。
チェックアウトは朝の11:00となっていますが、朝の08:00からチェックアウトされたカプセルの片付けを寝ている人がいてもドカドカと音をたてましてやカプセルなので、床や天井が揺れるのですが、お構い無しにスタッフがやります。特に閉店時間になっては無いが、お店都合で追い出しに掛かるイメージです。
他のグループ店舗ではきいたことが無かったので、品川店の独自の運営方法なのかもしれません。
ではありますが、今後の改善を期待して10点！働いているスタッフのみなさんは言われてやっているだけだと思うので特に問題ないかと思います。

場所

Cons:

入口から遠いカプセルから先に予約した人を埋めるべき。
入り口近くは出入りが多く神経質な方は寝られない。

連泊の人は11時から3時まで、ロッカースペースも含めて施設は使用不可。要注意。

大きめの荷物(スーツケース)を預かってくれるかと事前に聞いていたが返答なし。結局持ち込みを断念したが　実際には事務所スペースかどこかで他の方の荷物を預かっているようであった。

Pros:

静かだった　夕食をとるのにロケーションがGood

Cons:

朝食に気づかなかった　ラウンジか?　あのスペースで利用者が多ければ無理だろうし、何処にも案内はなく、さてどこで食そうかと考えながら外へ出た
