Pros:

1泊3500円程度の安価な宿泊費で、お風呂、サウナ、水風呂、休憩スペース、マンガなど沢山の施設を利用できるコスパ最強のホテルでした。休憩スペースには沢山のチェアがあり、ワーキングスペースもあるため、パソコン仕事なども行うことができます。ただ、ベットはカプセルホテルタイプですので、神経質な方には不向きかもしれません。

Excellent capsule hotel experience. I stayed in the deluxe capsule and it has a locker and private area next to the spacey pod. Very comfortable. The Onsen area is great and location is right in Susukino. Can’t beat the price for the value.

すすきのの繁華街にも程近く、ホテル専用の駐車場は無いですが隣のパーキングに駐めれば大丈夫です

コンセプトとして上級者向けなんだと思いますが、お風呂が42度と熱すぎる。
ぬるいほうは33度とぬるすぎてちょうどいい温度（＝40度くらい）のお風呂がない。
サウナもかなりの高温で肌がひりつくレベルなので、そういうのを求める人にはいいと思いますが、自分のようにゆったり疲れを癒やすつもりで入ると戸惑うと思います。
アカスリが用意されているのはありがたい。
肝心のお風呂とサウナに不満はあるけど、カプセルは快適で熟睡できたし、値段と立地条件を考えるとコスパは優秀なので、また利用させていただくかも。
