Nope! Not a good place. Attacked by a dog among other things…
Pros:

Nothing, this experience was horrible.

Cons:

Attacked by a dog! (Read through) It’s overpriced, breakfast was ok but they consistently ran out of things like whole milk. If you show up anywhere near 9am don’t expect much. The room itself was alright but some little things were off like the headboard was not attached very well and crooked. The toilet stopped filling with water so I had to fill the tank from the sink with one of the pots from the kitchen. This couldn’t have happened at a worse time , I won’t go into details. Somebody pooped in the pool when I had five of my family members swimming in it and the maintenance fellow would not even come through the safety gate to investigate. The Webber bbqs are filthy and obviously only cleaned by the users who never clean. The worst part was getting bitten by one of the residents dog who attacked my leg and ruined a $30 pair of shorts. I mentioned it to the front desk, they could care less. This is a 1 star hotel at best. Unfortunately I will never stay at another Marriott hotel again as a result of this experience.

Clean , everything new just wonderful.
Pros:

Newer hotel, absolutely amazing . We stayed at the homes2 close to this one a couple weeks earlier and this one was clean and smelled wonderful in comparison. Everything is still brand new.

Great hotel and stay probably the nicest hotel as far as a Townplace suites and I’m a Marriott titanium elite member with over 150 stays this year, with that being said I’ve stayed at ALOT of Townplace suites all over the us and this is the nicest I’ve been too the staff are really helpful and and respectful as well
