I cannot speak more highly of this hotel. We felt so special staying here. The staff was so welcoming, accommodating, and attentive to our needs, special requests and millions of questions we had. Bonus, they have a complimentary happy hour we were able to enjoy one of our evenings there! The breakfasts were great and whatever we needed they were on top of. The pool and fitness center are kept well maintained and I was able to enjoy both. They even opened the pool early for me to get my swim time in. Special thank you to the front desk staff during our stay that responded no matter how busy it was or what time it was. We had the best time! And the room was great. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room in all the rooms. And easy to get around the area

Cons:

Cheap but you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Nice common areas, good breakfast and great kitchen customer service

Cons:

Our room had many issues and maintenance personnel was not at the hotel after our arrival. These include: Clogged bath tub, AC unit was making a loud and noisy sound, and TV remote not working

Underwhelming, cheap stay for a short trip only.
Pros:

On-site parking fee was a good value.

Cons:

One elevator working, the serviceable elevator was dirty, spilled coffee was not cleaned.

No towels in the room, we had to call the front desk and then we only received two main towels and two wash clothes.

Reservation Not Honored – Very Disappointing Experience

Cons:

I booked and paid in advance for a room with two double beds, but upon arrival the hotel failed to honor the reservation and provided a room with only one bed. This caused significant inconvenience and discomfort for my family.

Despite the issue being brought to the attention of the staff, no satisfactory solution was offered, no apology was provided, and no compensation was given during our stay.

Most importantly, my son has a health condition and needed a comfortable place to rest. Instead, we were forced to use a sofa that was in poor condition, which made the situation even more difficult and affected our overall experience.

I am very disappointed that the accommodations provided did not match what was confirmed and paid for through the reservation.

Never going again
Pros:

The pool. Room was nice but the bed was uncomfortable and they didn’t have a spare comforter when ours got dirty. Also the blanket upon further inspection was dirty the whole time other than the spot we got on it

Cons:

Baseball Stadium Tour trip (Tampa Bay Rays)
Pros:

The room was wonderful. clean, comfortable and spacious. We were only staying for a short period as part of a Baseball Stadium tour and we were so disappointed that we could not stay longer. The free breakfast in the morning was perfect to fill up before heading for our flight. And the free fountain drinks were great!
